The rapper says the incident was caught on video, and he submitted screen grabs of the moment in which she was able to grab him.

He continued, "On that same night, after I entered my vehicle to leave the venue, Respondent jumped in without my permission, landing on my lap while I was in the backseat. In the end, ASAP wanted to make it clear, "To dispel any question, I am not married to Respondent. Nor am I engaged to Respondent; I have never asked Respondent to marry me. Furthermore, I have never invited or encouraged (her) to come to my home or spend time with me."

ASAP is asking the court to order the woman to stay at least 1000 yards away from him, his home, and any of his security detail.

He claims, the person's "apparent delusional, erratic, and impulsive state of mind" causes him to be in "constant fear that Respondent will approach me, members of my family, close friends, and at any time she could inflict severe bodily harm on us, break and enter my home at any time to find me, and damage my private property in her pursuit of me."

It's unclear at this point if a judge has signed off on the restraining order.
