Gosselin was in attendance at the grand opening of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood and finally opened up about his weight loss to PageSix.

The former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star revealed that he lost about 32 pounds in two months from using semaglutide, popularly known as Ozempic and Wegovy.

During the interview, Gosselin seemed to have no regrets about starting the medication and was pleased with its effects.

He said, "You know what's annoying? The regret of not starting it 10 years ago. I feel amazing! Like, why didn't I do this sooner? Maybe it wasn't the right time."

The weight loss and health changes in Gosselin's life came not long after he opened up about how his job as a DJ has affected his health. During a February interview with Entertainment Tonight, he shared that he had become "complacent" with his body and health.

"I just got complacent with my health. I'm in a comfortable relationship. I love my girlfriend, Stephanie. We just eat whatever we want, do whatever," Gosselin said. "I think it's very hard in our area. I mean, we live in Pennsylvania in a very rural area. We eat at gas stations."

He explained that it's exhausting to start searching for proper meals once work hours are over, with "nowhere to stop."

Gosselin added, "I don't eat for like 12, 14 hours. So, I'll eat dinner at three o'clock in the morning, then drive to a gig."

Gosselin is just one of many Hollywood stars who have made statements about the use of Ozempic and Wegovy. The list also includes Oprah Winfrey, Scott Disick, Tracy Morgan, Elon Musk, Amy Schumer, and most recently, Dr. Terry Dubrow.

During an interview with Page Six, after he first used Ozempic in January, Dubrow said he thought the drug was "amazing."

He noted, "I wanted to try it because so many of my patients were on it and I wanted to see what it was like when you're not diabetic and you only have 10-15 pounds to lose."

However, in March, after he stopped using the medication, Dubrow seemed unhappy with his body and eager to resume usage. He told E! News, "How am I doing off Ozempic? I'm overweight and chubby. There's more to love, but I'll tell you something: I'm off it, but I plan on going back on it when it's appropriate. Like we have a vacation, and after that, I'll come back. It's like the new Botox, Ozempic. I love it. It's so good."
