Arnold Schwarzenegger just broke his silence after undergoing heart surgery, and says he’s extremely thankful … and of course, “I’m Back!”
Arnold said, “I went to sleep expecting to wake up with a small incision and woke up with a big one,” but adds, “I woke up, and that’s something to be thankful for.”

As we reported, the former Governator went under the knife last week in a planned procedure to replace a pulmonic valve in his heart.
Schwarzenegger also gave major thanks to the “doctors & nurses” and said “I’m truly filled with gratitude for all of the kind messages.”
