Britney Spears: #FreeBritney Supporters Rally Ahead Of Conservatorship Hearing

Britney Spears fans are gearing up for a protest outside of the singer’s conservatorship hearing this afternoon.

A hearing has been scheduled in Britney’s conservatorship where the judge is going over several motions filed in the case.

The #FreeBritney supporters are ready for battle and showing the singer love on social media. One wrote, “Britney's court hearing is today and she's fighting for her freedom. She seems to be capable of all the things ppl under a c-ship can't. Even if she has a mental illness there are other ways to solve this, especially since this c-ship is abusive + after her money #freebritney.”

Another wished the singer well, “I'm sending positive energy, strength and all the good vibes to Britney today Red heart May the court hearing bring justice and result in positive outcomes 🙏🏻 #FreeBritney.”

“Britney’s court hearing is today so let’s hope that this is the last we need to talk about her being under a conservatorship #FreeBritney #endtheconservatorship,” wrote a Britney fan.

As The Blast previously reported, the hearing is scheduled to go down at 1 P.M. at the Downtown Los Angeles Courthouse. The parties who are attending the hearing are set to appear virtually due to the pandemic.


One fan asked, “Is anyone else worried about @britneyspears having to her hearing remotely, surrounded by her captors?? Are they going to control what she is able to do and say? I’m so worried #FreeBritney #endtheconservatorship.”

Earlier today, the judge presiding over the case denied a request from a media outlet to film the hearing. The request asked the court to allow them to permission to cover the hearing that is set to go down this afternoon. The judge denied the media outlet’s request which means the hearing will remain confidential and the outcome most likely sealed from the public.

The #FreeBritney supporters are scheduled to protest outside the court this afternoon in an attempt top make noise for their movement.
