Actor Peter Dante has just been arrested for allegedly threatening to KILL his neighbor after an argument over construction noise in the area.
The ‘Waterboy’ star is well known for playing funny roles in Adam Sandler films, but there is nothing funny about landing behind bars after reportedly threatening to kill your neighbor and harm their family. According to reports, cops were called to Peter’s Los Angeles home this week after a nasty argument with his neighbor.
Dante was apparently very upset over the loud construction noise that was coming from the neighbor’s home.

At some point, the situation escalated and the actor confronted his neighbor and the situation got serious. Officers claim the confrontation got bad enough, that Peter threatened to kill the neighbor and “harm his wife and their kids.” According to one report, police officers spoke to everyone involved and decided to arrest Dante for “making felony criminal threats.”
He was taken into custody, posted bail, and was released.
As you know, this isn’t the first time Dante has been accused of similar issues like making threats. According to multiple reports, back in 2013, the actor was thrown out of an L.A. hotel after allegedly making violent threats and using racial slurs.
At the time, the “Grandma’s Boy’ star was allegedly kicked out of the J.W. Marriott in Santa Monica after screaming at the staff members. The incident started after he demanded a new room key around 1 am and was upset staff members didn’t recognize him. A staff member, who was black, tried to help Dante, but the actor apparently exploded and dropped slurs at the person.

According to the hotel incident report, Dante said, “You better tell this n–ga to give me my f–king room key before I f–k him up…he clearly doesn’t know who the f–k I am.” He continued, “N–ga do you know who I am? I’m a black belt and you’re a black person, I will f–k you up.”
Peter reportedly continued spewing at a Latino parking valet employee, saying, “Hey Mexican, this is Santa Monica, do you know where you are? We don’t need you.”
Incredibly, according to reports, that’s when Dante started dropping famous names to the staff members. The report states, “[Dante] threatened to have Suge Kight, Busta Rhymes and Adam Sandler come to my house and f–k me up.” The employee says Dante ranted about being part of the Hells Angels and bragged about his major police connections who “knew him very well and they weren’t going to help me at all.”

Interestingly, the report, claims that the staff member said the officers arriving on the scene “knew Mr. Dante and had already taken his side.” But, a rep for the police department said, “We deny the allegations. Nobody gets special treatment because of their status.”
So far, Peter Dante hasn’t commented on the incident or arrest.
