Chrissy Teigen Reveals She Had Fat Removed From Her Face

Chrissy Teigen is really taking the whole mantra of “New year, new me” seriously.

Alright, so we are literally nine months into the new year, but it’s still never too late to better yourself, make changes and improve.

Remember that, folks!

Chrissy has really taken 2021 in stride. At the tail end of last year, she announced she was sober; however, wine got in the way and she broke her sobriety. But she redeemed herself and recently celebrated 50 straight days of sobriety.

This year she was also thrown into the “Cancel Club” and took months off of social media to reflect on her past words and actions in order to better herself as a human.

Now, to treat herself for all of the hard work she’s accomplished, Chrissy got a little cosmetic procedure done.

The former Sports Illustratedmodel recently revealed she underwent a cosmetic surgical procedure that removed fat from her cheeks.

Chrissy took to her Instagram Story over the weekend and told fans about the procedure.

“I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here and since I quit drinking, I’m really seeing the results,” she said to fans. “And I like. Yeah, I did it.”

She captioned the video, “Aint no shame in my dr diamond game.”

One doctor weighed in on The Cosmetic Lane’s repost of the video.

Dr. Tijion Esho replied, “Rapidly will age her. The main issue from photos was her over treated jaw. I would have removed her jaw line filler and used Botox to the masseters for better effect and reassessed from there.”

One fan wrote, “This is gonna make her age so much faster and she didn’t even Need it in the first place.”

Another wrote, “Should have left the jaw fillers alone too ? poor thing don’t know what’s coming in 20 years by doing the fat removal.”

This isn’t the first cosmetic surgery Chrissy has had done. Last year she had her breast implants removed.

She got breast enhancement surgery when she was 20-years-old due to her career as a swimsuit model.

The “Lip Sync Battle” co-host told Glamour UK, “I thought if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky. But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.”

In May 2020 she announced she’d be going under the knife once again, but this time it would be to have her implants removed.

Taking to Instagram she wrote, “I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort. No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat. ❤️"
