Chrissy Teigen has revealed that her mental health is in terrible shape because cancel culture is kicking her butt. The 35-year-old penned an emotional message on Instagram. “Iiiii don’t really know what to say here…just feels so weird to pretend nothing happened in this online world,” wrote the mom of two. Admitting that she feels like “utter shit in real life.” Teigen is referring to the aftermath of her bully scandal. She has been accused of saying completely vile and malicious things to media personality Courtney Stodden, designer Michael Costello and other former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham. Unfortunately, for Teigen, this is just getting started.

Life Is Hard Right Now
The cookbook author revealed that everyday things are hard to do for her right now. “Going outside sucks and doesn’t feel right, being at home alone with my mind makes my depressed head race.” She admits she is struggling to figure out ways to deal with all the backlash. “I feel lost and need to find my place again, I need to snap out of this, I desperately wanna communicate with you guys instead of pretending everything is okay. I’m not used to any other way!!” Teigen is the one used to canceling people namely former President Donald Trump. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, the former Victoria’s Secret model is getting a dose of her own medicine and letting her karma play out.
“Cancel club is a fascinating thing and I have learned a whollllle lot. Only a few understand it and it’s impossible to know til you’re in it,” she wrote also admitting that she knows it sounds “whiney” to complain about it. It kind of sounds like she more so misses the interactions than actually caring about being canceled. “All I know is I love you guys, I miss you guys, and I just needed an honest moment with you because I’m just…tired of being sick with myself all day.” Amidst pouring her heart out, Teigen admitted that even posting this was nerve-wracking knowing the high possibility it has of being “picked apart”.
Chrissy Just Needs Some Attention
Apparently, the risk is worth it though. “I can’t do this silent shit anymore!” she lamented. Then proceeded to make a joke out of being cancelled. “If you or someone you know has also been cancelled please let me know if there is a cancel club reunion because I could use some time off my couch! Thank u and goodbye I love u.” An outpouring of support from the most random bunch of celebrities collected under the post including one from Alec Baldwin who insinuated that Teigen was targeted.
Conspiracy Theory Alec
“It was a hit job on you for some very specific reasons (more on that another time.),” wrote the actor whose own wife is being cancelled over accusations of race fishing. “It’s over when you say it’s over. A huge number of people love and support you.” Okay, Alec. Other close friends like actress Erin Foster and hairstylist Jen Atkins expressed their love for Teigen and reminded her how “strong” she is. Paris Hilton also sent love reminding Teigen that you are never your mistakes!
