Van Jones Comes Clean About Kim Kardashian Dating Rumors

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may have reunited to recreate their wedding day during his third “Donda” listening party, but that doesn’t mean the two are back together.

Their divorce is still ongoing and will be finalized at some point.

As many fans of KimYe know, the “Heartless” rapper and the KKW Beauty mogul filed for divorce earlier this year.

The couple shares four children together: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Despite their failed marriage, the former couple remains a united team with their children being the main priority.

Soon after the divorce filing, Kanye was spotted in France with Bradley Cooper’s ex, Irina Shayk. The two were spotted getting super close and cuddly during Kanye’s birthday in June.

At the time of their romance, a source revealed to PageSix, “Kanye always had a thing for Irina, so she came to mind early on in his divorce from Kim. He decided to shoot his shot, and it worked.”

However, the relationship was short-lived.

A source told US Weekly, “Kanye and Irina aren’t speaking quite as much anymore. She wants to remain friends and keep communication open, but she’s pulling back a bit.”

Irina reportedly didn’t want any distractions during Paris Fashion Week.

The source continued to tell the outlet, “Irina does like Kanye, but isn’t ready for so many public appearances together all over the world for the coming months.”

At the time of Kanye’s relationship with Irina, news of Kim moving on with someone new was also hitting headlines.

The SKIMs founder was rumored to be dating CNN reporter Van Jones; however, this was never confirmed.

At the time of these romance rumors, the Daily Mail reported the pair have been friends for years, and speculation of their friendship turning into something more possibly occurred during her four-year law apprenticeship with his Oakland-based nonpartisan organization, #cut50.

Van is now setting the record straight and calls the claims ‘absurd.’

He exclusively told Page Six at the reopening of Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club Saturday, “I never made any comments about the rumors of me and Kim Kardashian dating as I found it absurd.”

“It was flattering for me, but it probably wasn’t flattering for her,” he added.

Kim has been keeping busy running her multiple businesses and showing support for her ex.

The Blast recently reported on the KKW Beauty founder being caught off guard at Ye’s most recent listening party after bringing out DaBaby and Marilyn Manson.

DaBaby publicly trashed the LGBTQ community by making homophobic comments during his set at Rolling Loud in July.

Marylin Manson has been accused of sexually abusing multiple women. 15 women have come forward and accused the emo rocker of sexual assault, and he is currently facing four sexual abuse lawsuits.

Their appearances were not made known to Kim, which ended up in her getting backlash for “supporting” people such as them.
