The latest flashpoint in the breakdown of the relationship between the media personality and his former partner centers on money, especially when it comes to who bore the most financial burden during their time together.

Sources close to the reality star revealed that he had invited Victoria and her father, Will Robinson, alongside their four cats, to reside in his home around October 2024.
Victoria’s dad had allegedly moved into Tom’s Valley Village house first before the group later relocated while Tom worked to sell the property he previously shared with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix.
The source continued that Victoria and her father lived with Tom for more than a year and a half, with the reality star footing nearly all their living expenses as his guests were unemployed. Tom reportedly paid for two storage units to help safeguard all of Victoria’s belongings, including her furniture.
Afterward, Victoria made a tangible financial contribution towards the home, receiving a settlement, which was reportedly used to cover rent at their new rental home as Tom finalized the sale of his Valley Village property.
However, sources close to Victoria strongly dispute that narrative, insisting that Tom did not bankroll the household as claimed and say Victoria spent a considerable amount of her own money throughout the relationship.
TMZ reported that her camp relayed her frustration about several suggestions that she banked on Tom’s finances to survive and believes her contributions have been unfairly overlooked.

According to The Daily Mail, Victoria intensified efforts to pursue legal action to grant her access to the Los Angeles home she once shared with Tom. However, sources close to the reality star claim that it may be a tough journey for Victoria as she had already violated court-imposed boundaries.
Last Thursday, January 25, a judge had issued a temporary restraining order against Victoria and her father after a June 3 exchange that resulted in inviting the cops into their home and also splitting them.
In the footage from the incident, Tom was seen shoving Victoria’s father into a lit fire pit while they argued. Tom confronted Victoria after suspecting that she was recording their exchange, prompting Will to get involved in an attempt to pull Tom away from his daughter, hence the shove.
The fall resulted in multiple injuries, including a dislocated thumb, a herniated disc, and a deep cut to his heel that required medical intervention.
Will explained that he invited law enforcement onto the scene out of concern for his safety and his daughter’s. Tom’s camp has claimed that Will’s injuries, especially his hand, were caused by punching a hole in the door rather than the conversation between them.

In his petition to be granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court, Tom laid out his experience during the June 3 confrontation.
According to the court documents, Tom claimed that Will grabbed him by the arms and shoulder, rendering him cornered and forcing him to free himself by shoving Will.
The Blast reported that the reality star insisted that Will initiated the physical contact, and his daughter also did the same by striking him in the head and face during an argument.
Tom added that he was left with blurred vision and injuries to his ear and neck. He also recalled Will punching a hole through the door to gain access to a spare room he had been staying in ever since Will became so aggressive.
As for Victoria, Sandoval claimed that she has previously perpetrated acts of abuse on him by physically assaulting him on multiple occasions, throwing a Gatorade bottle at him, and changing the password to his socials.
He added that his ex-girlfriend also used AirTags to stalk him, all of which culminated with the fire pit incident and him contacting the police to arrest Victoria afterward.

A few weeks after the June 3 drama, the Los Angeles Police Department made yet another stop at Tom’s home around 5:30 pm on June 27 after he made a panic call to the authorities.
Tom had reportedly feared Victoria was planning a return to the property barely after he got her and Will to vacate the rental property.
Sources close to Victoria quickly disputed Tom’s story with their version of events, clarifying that Victoria had actually arranged for a mover named Miguel to collect her belongings from the house. Tom reportedly became concerned after he heard over the phone about Victoria’s plan to meet Miguel at the residence.
Thinking her ex was about to gain access into the home, he quickly contacted the police, whose presence on the scene was to ensure that the situation did not get more volatile.
The visit marked the third time police had been called to intervene in the couple’s drama, as they were on site when Victoria initially moved her belongings away from the rental home.

Following Tom’s request for a temporary restraining order, Will publicly challenged his story by claiming that Tom was not a victim. He noted the prosecutor’s decision not to pursue criminal charges as evidence that the situation was more complex than Tom had narrated in his filing.
Will claimed that he only got involved in the argument when he saw how Tom had gotten physically aggressive with his daughter. He reportedly saw the reality star twist Victoria’s arms in a bid to forcefully take her phone, prompting him to pull her away.
Will added that Tom had been shouting at them in an intimidating manner before the fire pit saga, and he actually contacted the authorities to express how much he and Victoria needed protection.
He continued that Tom is stuck in his allegedly abusive ways, coupled with a pattern of dishonesty, and he would very much like to distance himself from that repeated lifestyle, alongside his daughter.
