Tom Sandoval and his former flame Victoria Lee Robinson continue to butt heads amid their nasty breakup.
The drama between the exes recently sparked more police intervention, marking the third time authorities have been involved since their viral domestic violence incident.
Tom Sandoval filed for a temporary restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, accusing them of physical abuse. His ex-girlfriend’s dad fired back with a restraining order filing of his own.
Tom Sandoval Calls Cops On His Estranged Girlfriend Again

According to new reports, LAPD officers were called to the “Vanderpump Rules” alum’s Los Angeles home just hours after their second visit. Sources revealed officers had responded to a call at Tom’s residence around 5:30 PM on Saturday, June 27.
Cops were called because Tom believed Victoria was planning to return to his house, but insiders close to his ex shared a different narrative. They explained the media personality asked a mover named Miguel to get her belongings from the residence.
The man in question told TMZ that Tom had become visibly distressed when he called Victoria on speakerphone and she said she intended to meet him at the house. Then the reality TV star panicked and called the cops, believing the duo planned on entering his home.
The Incident Marked The Third Police Intervention In The Former Couple’s Case

No arrests were made when authorities responded to Tom’s call, as sources noted that the officers were there only to keep the peace. Their appearance marked the third time they had intervened in the former couple’s drama, with the second time happening hours earlier on Saturday.
As the outlet reported, cops were present as Victoria moved her stuff out of the Los Angeles home, with Tom standing outside. He was captured signing what appeared to be legal documents and moving a few things out of the house, including a guitar and an amplifier.
At one point, Victoria could be heard yelling, “I f-cking hate you, like all of your ex-girlfriends. Nobody likes you.” The incident comes weeks after the first police intervention, where the media personality was arrested after her ex-boyfriend accused her of hitting him.
Victoria Lee Robinson’s Father Filed A Temporary Restraining Order
Following the first police altercation, Tom filed for a temporary restraining order, which the court granted. Thanks to the order, Victoria and her father, Will, were ordered to move out of the home. But the latter did not take the allegations lying down and filed for a temporary restraining order.
Will, per TMZ, argued that he was not a threat and blamed Tom for the domestic violence incident. According to Victoria’s father, the showdown occurred on June 3 at a Hollywood Hills rental home, where all three of them had been living.
The media personality’s dad noted they had been arguing about “Tom lying,” when the reality TV star “overpowered” his daughter, and he was forced to intervene. Then Tom locked himself inside a guest room and allegedly “began talking about himself having a gun.”
A Video Capturing The Incident Seemingly Supported The Robinsons’ Narrative
Despite his desire to keep Tom away from himself and his daughter, the court did not grant Will’s request for a temporary restraining order. The court stated that more information must be provided at a hearing before the order could be issued.
Before his filing, Will made waves for refuting Tom’s version of the June 3 incident, declaring in a statement that there was a reason the DA did not file a case against him and Victoria. The Blast reported that he claimed he was forced to intervene after the entertainer got aggressive with his daughter.
Will also claimed he called the cops, not Tom. A video that seemed to match his claims was shared on Reddit, with the uploader noting that Victoria’s father had originally shared the clip on Facebook. The footage captured the trio arguing about the TV personality, who said he had never said it before a fight broke out.
Tom Sandoval Accused His Ex-Girlfriend And Her Father Of Attacking Him

The incident turned violent after Tom noticed Victoria filming him and attempted to grab her phone, only for Will to pull him off her. He seemingly retaliated by shoving his ex-girlfriend’s dad, which resulted in him landing backward into a lit fire pit.
Then the entertainer ran indoors with Will hot on his heels and Victoria following suit. The Blast shared that in his restraining order filing, the Bravolebrity had accused Victoria of hitting him in the face following a verbal fight, which caused him to experience blurry vision.
“The Traitors” star also accused Will of putting him in a bear hug and cited more claims of abuse, including alleged incidents where his ex-girlfriend punched him in the face and threw a full Gatorade bottle at him.
