Tom Sandoval’s messy split from Victoria Robinson has taken another dramatic turn, with both sides accusing each other of misconduct as the legal battle surrounding their breakup intensifies.
Days after a judge granted temporary restraining orders connected to a heated altercation at the Los Angeles home they once shared, new claims have emerged over injuries, alleged court order violations, and who has the legal right to the residence.
As each camp pushes back against the other’s narrative, the dispute shows no signs of slowing down.
Tom Sandoval’s Breakup With Victoria Robinson Escalates Into Legal Battle

The fallout from Tom Sandoval’s breakup with Victoria has become increasingly contentious after a Los Angeles judge issued temporary restraining orders against the model and her father, Will Robinson, following a June 3 confrontation at the home the former couple previously shared.
The incident drew widespread attention after footage appeared to show Sandoval pushing Will away after the latter grabbed him, causing him to fall into a lit fire pit.
According to a source close to Victoria, her father continues recovering from multiple injuries, including a dislocated thumb, a herniated disc and a deep cut to his heel that required medical treatment.
However, an insider close to Sandoval disputed the severity of those claims, alleging Will already had existing back problems and suggesting his hand injury resulted from “punching a hole in the door.”
Sandoval Details Physical Assault Allegations In Court Filing

In documents filed with Los Angeles Superior Court, Tom Sandoval presented his own account of the confrontation.
The 42-year-old alleged Victoria physically attacked him during an argument after he realized she was recording him.
According to Sandoval, she repeatedly struck him in the head and face, causing blurred vision along with ear and neck injuries. He included photographs of the injuries he claims he suffered.
Sandoval further alleged that Will grabbed his arms and shoulders, leaving him feeling “trapped and violated.”
“I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall,” he stated, adding that Will “was the first person to put his hands” on him and that he never physically pursued him afterward.
He also alleged Will punched a hole through the spare bedroom door while Sandoval had barricaded himself inside.
Tom Sandoval Says He Has Been Forced From His Own Home

The “Vanderpump Rules” star told the court he has been unable to return to the residence since the incident and has instead been staying with friends and in hotels.
“I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings,” he wrote.
Sandoval also said Victoria and her father had “completely displaced” him from the rental home despite him continuing to pay for it.
The reality star alleged that he regrets helping Victoria in the past, including allegedly sending money to her mother after receiving a call asking for help with bail.
Sandoval And Victoria Clash Over Their Shared Home

The dispute has also expanded into a fight over the Los Angeles property the former couple shared.
A source close to Victoria told the Daily Mail she intends to pursue legal avenues to regain access to the residence.
According to them, the 33-year-old plans to argue that she paid most of the down payment, her name remains on the lease, and that nearly everything inside belongs to her except Tom Sandoval’s treadmill.
Meanwhile, the Bravo star told TMZ that his former partner and her father had been issued “an immediate move out order, a restraining order,” explaining that authorities supervised the process to ensure everything remained peaceful.
Tensions resurfaced when Victoria returned to retrieve belongings under police supervision. During the exchange, footage captured her telling Sandoval she hated him “like all of [his] ex-girlfriends.”
The disagreement continued over whether Victoria had permission to bring a moving truck to collect her possessions.
A source close to the online content creator said Sandoval told her a U-Haul could retrieve her belongings, while his representatives insisted he “never ever” gave such permission.
Tom Sandoval Accuses Victoria Robinson Of Violating Court Orders

Sandoval’s camp has also accused Victoria of repeatedly violating the restraining order shortly after it was issued.
“It only took her a couple of hours to break the restraining order three different times,” a source close to the musician alleged.
They claimed Victoria returned to the home, had a friend contact Sandoval and attempted to retrieve surveillance equipment through a third party.
The insider added, “Basically Victoria’s conduct is showing disregard for the court orders and will be addressed in further legal proceedings.”
Victoria’s representatives, however, firmly denied every allegation. According to a source close to the model, she “did not” violate the restraining order and any third party who contacted Sandoval did so independently.
