Squeezing her chest together in moments while going somewhat provocative, Britney sizzled in her thigh-skimming dress and heels, speaking about being “naughty” in her caption. The “Toxic” star, who has the comments on her Instagram disabled, earned over 230,000 likes in a day. “NICE AND NAUGHTY I cleaned up pretty good, but I prefer the bad girl,” she captioned the video.

The “Circus” hitmaker suffers from Bipolar disorder and was, per police reports, driving “erratically” shortly before her arrest some months ago. In May, the mom of two pled guilty to her reckless driving charge, resulting in a sentence of informal probation, plus a requirement to take a DUI class and pay state-mandated fines. Britney was arrested in Ventura County, CA, spending the night behind bars before an early morning release.
Her Rep Calls DUI ‘Inexcusable’
Britney Spears made no personal statement following her arrest, but her rep did speak out, calling the event “unfortunate” and “inexcusable.”
“Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time,” they added.

Britney checked herself into rehab voluntarily, doing so three weeks before her DUI court date. Since she was facing a misdemeanor, the singer did not appear in court in person.
