The model, during her appearance on “Glass Angeles,” revealed that her husband does not exactly agree with the concept of cosmetic procedures. Crawford told hosts Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan that while she has tried out some of the trendy treatments like lasers and stuff, she has not crossed the plastic surgery line.
One of the reasons behind that is a pact she made with her friend and makeup artist, Sonia Kashuk, who used to have a huge line at Target. According to Crawford, they promised never to get any work done, and they meant it.
Another layer to that conversation is her husband and his stance on the subject matter. The 60-year-old said, “I feel lucky that my husband is very, very against it. He’s like, ‘You look beautiful.’ He doesn’t even like makeup. He prefers me to wear no makeup. Then I’ll be like, ‘But she looks so good.’ And then I’m like, ‘Okay, wait, remind myself.”

The lovebirds are nearly three decades strong, and the model did not hold back in telling the world about how much of a good time she is having in the union.
She shared two pictures on Instagram to commemorate the occasion, first a black and white picture of her and Gerber cutting their wedding cake, and a recent one of them loved up on a date with a celebratory dessert.
Crawford declared that celebrating 28 years of marriage to her heartthrob was worth celebrating, adding that it is such a privilege to be married to her dream man. When the couple met in the early 1990s, Crawford was married to Richard Gere, and Gerber was also dating someone.
The model has credited this timing for the success of their marriage and relationship, noting that because they were not looking to impress anyone, they could be entirely themselves and build a deep friendship first.

In a 2013 interview with Oprah, Crawford spotlighted her friendship with Gerber as another reason why they have weathered the storms with so much poise.
According to her, “Being rooted and based in friendship keeps the relationship elevated. There’s always a certain level of respect. We respect each other’s opinion about parenting and our personal life, but also for work stuff … We really listen to each other. I would want that friendship in my life no matter what.”

According to her, she did not see modeling as a career and had no idea it could take her from a random girl in DeKalb, Illinois, to the front of magazines and some of the world’s biggest runways. She continued that her father also had a huge misconception about modeling, which made it extra taxing for her.
She explained that her parents thought the modeling world was a front for prostitution, and her father made it a point to attend her first modeling appointment to clear his doubt.
