Chris Brown cannot seem to catch a break when it comes to home invasions.

This year, the renowned singer has been hit with multiple trespassing incidents, with the latest culprit being a woman.

The new home invasion follows two incidents where a man was arrested for trying to break into Chris Brown’s Los Angeles home.

The “Under The Influence” hitmaker may need to find a new home, as his L.A. residence appears to be an easy target for obsessed fans. A woman was recently arrested for breaking into Brown’s $3.8 million 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 5:55 pm on June 2.

Sources told TMZ that the initial 911 call described the woman as a burglary suspect. The caller confirmed that a female had broken into the home, but LAPD sources refuted this claim, noting the woman never made it into Brown’s residence.

The suspect has since been arrested and taken into custody for trespassing, matching the same treatment a man received for attempting to break into Brown’s property twice in May. The female and male trespassers’ names have not been publicly revealed.

Last month, The Blast covered the two trespassing incidents in Brown’s L.A. residence. The first incident saw authorities arresting an unidentified man for allegedly hopping a fence and attempting to start a fire in Brown’s home on May, 13.

Hours after his release from jail, the man returned to Brown’s neighborhood and was reported as a suspicious person wandering around the private roadway near the property. The authorities arrived and arrested him again, making his double arrest the third incident Brown faced in May.

Earlier that month, Brown made headlines after one of his security guards allegedly fired a CO2-style weapon during a confrontation with a woman. Brown’s charms appear to frequently enchant women, with a naked woman breaking into his home in 2015 to spray “MRS. BROWN” all over the singer’s cars.

Besides dealing with trespassers, The Blast reported in May that Brown had his hands full with a $90 million lawsuit filed by his former housekeeper. The plaintiff, a woman named Maria Avila, sued the entertainer for the damages caused by a gruesome dog attack on his property.

Last month, Avila filed legal documents attempting to stop Brown’s defense for entering certain financial transactions as evidence in the case. She explained that Brown might attempt to use the payments made by a member of his team to her as a means of avoiding responsibility.

Avila begged the court not to allow the financial support she received to be considered as evidence, arguing that it was irrelevant to whether or not the dog attack had occurred. Additionally, she claimed the payments would only serve to prejudice the jury against her.

Avila’s claims that Brown would attempt to use the financial payments as evidence happened as she stated. The Blast shared that the musician’s security supervisor, Emil Lewis, confirmed the payments in a deposition for the case.

Lewis revealed that he had given Avila and her family $30,000 or $40,000 in personal checks and cash before and shortly after Christmas in 2020. He explained that he did so without Brown’s knowledge because he felt sorry for the former housekeeper.

Brown’s legal team argued that Lewis’ confession should be granted as evidence in the case because it showed he had acknowledged liability for the dog attack. Additionally, the financial support Lewis gave showed he had taken responsibility for Avila’s damages.

A year before the back-and-forth drama between Brown and his former housekeeper, The Blast reported in June 2025 that the singer had escaped another legal ordeal. An assault lawsuit was filed against Brown in 2023 by a man named Abe Diaw.

Diaw accused Brown of attacking him at a London nightclub and hitting him with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 till he became unconscious. Additionally, the accuser claimed Brown kept stomping him with his feet, causing several injuries, and asked for $16 million in damages.

Diaw and Brown eventually resolved their differences through a settlement, but the terms of their agreement were not revealed. Nonetheless, the settlement appeared satisfactory for Diaw, who then filed to dismiss the case with prejudice.
