According to Stephanie, she realized that her brother had spent months looking into what went wrong during the crisis and constantly demanded for transparency and accountability.

On Friday, May 24, the television host went public in his criticism of the former reality star, saying he was frustrated with the attention and support that Spencer has garnered for his political aspirations.

In the fiery post, Carey argued that voters upset with current leadership should still support candidates they believe are experienced and capable.

As stated by The Blast, he continued that it would be a terrible idea to rally behind someone he harshly criticized as untrustworthy and lacking integrity.

The comedian ended his post with an expletive-filled dismissal of Spencer, making it clear he has little patience for the shenanigans of his campaign.

Carey, who previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve during the 1980s, has long been outspoken on political and pop culture issues, often using social media to share his opinions on controversial topics.

On Friday, The Blast weighed in on the escalating feud between Karen and Spencer, claiming the incumbent mayor illegally campaigned near ballot drop boxes during early voting in Los Angeles.

He described this act as crossing legal boundaries, insisting it was wrong of her to solicit for votes within the restricted parameters of polling locations.

Spencer claimed that Karen provided evidence of him committing this crime by sharing pictures and videos on social media, which showed campaign signs, supporters, and ballot drop-off activity encouraging residents to vote in her favor.

He added that Karen had gotten very comfortable with pushing the boundaries of the law and damning the consequences to fit her narrative.

Spencer informed Karen and whoever cared to listen that he had escalated his report to the appropriate authorities, like the City Clerk’s Office and City Attorney, to investigate and prosecute his allegations to the fullest degree.
