Controversy has erupted around NBA star Jaxson Hayes after he was spotted wearing a T-shirt referencing Druski’s viral Erika Kirk parody.

The shirt featured an image tied to Druski’s viral recreation of Kirk, along with a comical reference to Shawn and Marlon Wayans’ hit film, “White Chicks.”

Kirk has yet to publicly respond to Hayes’ outfit, but she previously appeared to address Druski’s skit in a video posted after the White House Correspondents’ Dinner incident last month.

Jaxson Hayes Under Fire For Viral Erika Kirk Parody Shirt

Online users have expressed anger toward Hayes after he recently shared an image from a fishing trip.

In the photo, the Lakers center could be seen holding up a fish he appeared to have caught. However, it was the shirt he wore that drew the most attention and sparked backlash online, per Complex.

The NBA player wore a white shirt featuring an image of Druski’s recent parody of Kirk. The top also appeared to reference the film “White Chicks,” in which the two main male cop characters go undercover as Caucasian women.

Hayes paired the shirt with light gray, loose-fitting athletic-style shorts featuring contrasting camo-like side panels. He also wore a pair of beige slide sandals.

After the image went viral, Hayes was slammed by fans on social media, with many bringing up past allegations that he assaulted his girlfriend.

“Is this the guy who choked out his girlfriend and fought cops after?” one person wrote, while another commented, “Remember when he beat his girl on camera, and the league did nothing.”

“He’s used to disrespecting women, though. He was charged with beating his girlfriend & attacking a police officer a few years ago,” another user added.

Someone else called on the Lakers and the NBA to take decisive action against Hayes over the shirt.

“The @Lakers are allowing a man with a violent history toward women to fixate on and publicly torment a murdered man’s widow,” the person remarked. “That is a deeply disturbing pattern of aggression toward women playing out in public. The @Lakers and @NBA should be ashamed for continuing to platform this behavior.”

Druski’s parody of Kirk was released across his platforms in March, recreating several moments from her public life.

Titled “How Conservative Women in America Act,” the sketch opens with Druski’s version of Kirk entering the stage and dancing as pyrotechnics erupt around her, in a nod to Charlie Kirk’s memorial service.

The clip also shows the character fielding questions from reporters about the war in Iran, apparently imitating White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Other scenes show Kirk driving while singing loudly and later working out in a gym in what appears to be a Pilates-inspired moment.

Druski also highlights Kirk’s “intense stare” in the sketch, a trait frequently pointed out by fans in clips from her past interviews.

At the time, Druski was criticized by many of Kirk’s supporters over the skit, including Donald Trump.

The president also appeared to suggest during an Easter lunch speech at the White House that she should consider suing the comedian.

“I think you should sue him,” Trump said, per Complex. “I told her, you ought to sue some of these. They’re so jealous of Erika.”

The former New York businessman added, “I can say it, you’re not allowed to say this, you have to be nicer… sue their a-s off.”

Erika Kirk Appeared To Address Druski’s Skit

For now, no lawsuit has materialized from the skit controversy, despite the president’s advice to Kirk.

The TPUSA CEO also largely kept quiet about the matter in the weeks that followed, but appeared to reference it in a video shared on X shortly after the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting incident late last month.

“Every morning I wake up to a new headline lying about me. I have comedians dressing in whiteface. I have people saying I’m not fit to be CEO. And I have Candace Owens claiming I murdered my husband. And the list goes on and on and on,” she said.
