Kim Zolciak‘s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, says his money is being spent wisely despite his estranged wife’s allegations.

Jillian Green raised her concerns in court recently amid her ongoing divorce, alleging that Mowitz had been spending huge amounts on his reality TV star boo. She lodged her fears in legal documents, claiming that they stemmed from the uncertainty of walking away without sufficient financial settlements at the end of their divorce.

Kim Zolciak is also going through her own divorce from Kroy Biermann, who has primary custody of their four kids. The drama escalates as the former couples appear to have swapped partners, with recent sightings of Biermann and Green.

Zolciak’s current lover, Mowitz, has denied his estranged wife’s allegations about his spending habits. Green claimed that her soon-to-be ex-husband had been spending like crazy on his TV star girlfriend and funding her lavish lifestyle.

Mowitz clapped back at the allegations, as per court documents, denying the “repeated accusation” by Green that he is “spending is out of control and that he fails to pay the expenses for his family and children.” 

The documents obtained by TMZ reiterate that “plainly false to state that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.”

Turning the tables, Mowitz then claimed that his estranged wife is the one piling up debt on her credit cards, which he allegedly pays for.

The “RHOA” star’s beau further claimed that, contrary to the previous allegations, he shoulders some of his ex’s financial burden for the lavish lifestyle Green lives, citing that she recently spent $2,300 on a fancy hotel room.

In Green’s previous filing, she stated that Mowitz was financially responsible for his girlfriend’s rent, legal fees for her ongoing divorce, in addition to his own and her regular bills.

She further alleged that her estranged husband was even going the extra mile financially to provide his current partner with loans.

She stated, as per court documents, that she believed Mowitz has over $100 million in a trust, adding that his “out of control” spending on Zolciak would result in financial ruin.

Green drew a clear line on her motive for raising the concerns legally, saying that she did not want to walk out of her divorce empty-handed.

Green asked the court for an injunction to block her estranged husband from spending substantial sums on his “potential future wife” and his extravagant lifestyle, which includes luxury cars and vacations.

She also wants some money put in escrow to ensure she gets paid what she is entitled to from her soon-to-be ex when their divorce process is finalized.

Before Green brought her recent claims to court, she subpoenaed Zolciak to appear at a deposition last year. At the time, she also stated that she believed Mowitz was using his financial means to pay his celebrity girlfriend’s bills.

The Blast reported that the “Real Housewives” star’s former partner, Biermann, backed Green by attesting to his estranged wife’s spending habits. He allegedly called Green to voice his concerns about their ex’s entanglement.

“He called me [because he] was concerned for both myself and Kyle to be involved with her,” Green said at the time. She also testified that Biermann had allegedly told her that Zolciak “was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, [and also] wasn’t present for her children.”

Green also revealed that the former NFL player told her that Zolciak would “drain money from Kyle” in addition to showing her Instacart orders and the credit card number used to pay for the items, matched to Mowitz.

The Reality TV Personality Recently Mourned Her Sugar Daddy’s Death

Zolciak was known to have a mystery benefactor whose real identity she kept hidden on the reality TV show.

Lee Najjar, who was famously known as “Big Poppa,” spoiled the media personality with lavish gifts, including cars, clothes, a Range Rover, and jewelry.

The Blast shared that Big Poppa was well known during the early seasons of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” as the man behind Zolciak’s smile.

He continued to spend on her despite the fact that he was married to another woman. In 2009, shortly after Big Poppa’s identity became public, the TV star revealed that their relationship had ended.

She described him as the love of her life while noting that it was time for her to move on. Big Poppa passed away on April 18 at the age of 68.

His demise was announced on social media by his daughter, Katelin, who uploaded pictures and a tribute to her Instagram stories.

The tribute described him as a caring and loving father who would do anything to make his daughter happy. Part of it detailed that Big Poppa was a smart businessman with an excellent sense of humor.

Kim Zolciak Lost Custody Of Her Kids 

Zolciak’s messy divorce, which kicked off in 2023, escalated into a custody battle with Biermann over their four minor kids.

A judge recently ruled in favor of the athlete, granting him primary physical custody of the kids, while the TV star has limited parental time with them on every other weekend.

The “RHOA” star’s rights were previously limited; however, they were reinstated after she completed court-ordered therapy. 

As reported by The Blast, the former lovers will continue to share joint legal custody of the kids, but Biermann has the upper hand.

The ruling granted him authority to make decisions about the children’s religion, education, and non-emergency medical situations.

The former NFL star filed an emergency motion seeking primary custody in April, as opposed to their initial arrangement, where each parent had two of the kids at a time, then swapped.

Biermann claimed that the plan ultimately separated the kids and accused his ex of being “both unstable and unfit.”

He also claimed that the TV personality was selfish and acted “in ways that are harmful to the children and contrary to their best interests.”
