Jack Osbourne Says There Is Nothing Wrong With Him

The media personality slammed the circulating reports about him on Instagram, sharing a video showing him unable to stop dropping F-bombs in exasperation. “I cannot believe I’m having to actually make this f-cking video,” Jack began.
He stressed that he did not want to see another article treating his weight loss as concerning, noting that he had seen terms such as “grossly underweight.” Jack disliked how the media painted him as someone sick, calling the narrative “f-cking insane” as he hadn’t lost more weight.
“I have lost no weight since I got out of the jungle doing I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ What, six months ago? I’ve been the same f-cking weight,” Jack explained. He added that the only thing different about him was his “creepy mustache” rather than his signature beard.
The Media Personality Has Been On A Weight Loss Journey

Although Jack’s appearance changed significantly during his time on the survival show, he made it clear that his transformation was the result of a years-long weight-loss journey. According to Jack, he began “consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years.”
The youngest of the Osbourne children noted that his weight had increased to about 220 pounds three and a half years ago, motivating him to make some changes in his life. “So I did. What’s the big f-cking deal? I’m five feet eight and a half and 155 pounds. It is perfectly healthy, okay?” Jack argued.
As for the report that sent him over the edge, Jack called out a journalist named Brianna Sienes or Sanaz, as he wasn’t sure of her last name. He invited her to watch him train at his jujitsu gym and understand that he did not take shortcuts to achieve his healthy transformation.
Jack Osbourne Has A Bad History With The Media

Jack stressed that he does not support body shaming, explaining that this was not the first time the media had taken shots at him. “My entire life, I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight,” he lamented, noting it was wild he was still getting criticized after losing weight.
He told journalists like Brianna to “get f-cked!” arguing that their behavior was why no one trusts the press. Jack’s words received an outpouring of love and support from fans and celebrities alike, with TV personality Alison Hammond encouraging him with the comment, “Preach !!!!!!!! Love you.”
Professional wrestler Chris Jericho echoed similar sentiments, advising Jack not to listen to the haters. “Buddy, you are perfect,” comedian Pauly Shore wrote, with media personality Kelly Rizzo penning her love for Jack. Fans also assured Jack that they were on his side.
Inside The Reality TV Star’s Time On The British Survival Show

As stated, Jack’s weight loss became significantly noticeable during his stint on the British survival series “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” In November 2025, Edinburghlive covered a segment of the show in which Jack answered fan questions.
When asked, one item he wished he could sneak into the camp was “a really comfy camping chair.” He explained that many of the contestants, himself included, were losing weight and had no a-s, which made it painful to sit on logs.
Jack also joked that his stomach muscles hurt from laughing too much, or it could be a case of malnutrition. He famously changed his diet to the Paleo Diet and embraced juicing to combat Multiple Sclerosis (MS). He was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition in 2012 after losing sight in his right eye.
Jack Osbourne Honored His Late Father With A Touching Tribute

Jack’s weight loss rant came months after he honored his late father, Ozzy, with a touching tribute. The Blast covered the story in March, reporting that the media personality had welcomed another child with his wife, Aree Gearheart.
The couple welcomed a daughter, whose adorable features were captured in a cute video on Jack’s Instagram page. The black-and-white clip captured the newborn next to a stuffed bat toy, a reference to Jack’s late father, and a birth identification card.
The card held Jack’s tribute to the late Prince of Darkness, reading, “Ozzy Matilda Osbourne.” The baby was born on March 5 at 8:49 a.m., weighing 7 pounds and 12 ounces, per the card. Her heartfelt name touched fans’ hearts, who celebrated her birth in the comments.
