Alix Earle is not giving her feud with Alex Cooper the time of day!
The media personality played on her words and sense of humor as she talked about their ongoing cryptic war resurfaced during a recent interview. The whispers of bad blood between the two podcasters made waves last year and have yet to be addressed with explicit clarity by the duo.
Alix Earle and Alex Cooper were like two peas in a pod while they launched and worked on the “Hot Mess” podcast together in 2023. However, things went sour two years later and recently spiraled into a passive-aggressive online feud.
What Did Alix Earle Say About Ongoing Feud With Alex Cooper?

Earle and Cooper have a lot of fans talking since their social media drag debut, and now the hosts on daytime TV have joined in. Wanting Earle to spill the tea, Craig Melvin brought up the drama on the Tuesday episode of “TODAY,” and her response was very telling.
The podcaster initially tried to laugh off the messy back-and-forth drama when Melvin raised the topic. She explained that she did not want to ruin a good day by talking about something not so great.
Nevertheless, Melvin pushed further, asking if the whole issue had been exaggerated, to which she responded in the affirmative. TMZ reports that after Earle confirmed that the matter had been blown out of proportion, she sarcastically added, “I love everyone!”
What Happened To The Former Pals?

Earle launched her “Hot Mess” podcast under Cooper’s Unwell Network banner, and the duo maintained a smooth business partnership till February 2025. At that time, it appeared that their relationship had hit the rocks as Earle’s podcast was dropped shortly after she did not attend a Unwell Network event during the Super Bowl, raising eyebrows.
The former friends maintained silence till last month when Earle began to repost shady TikToks seemingly aimed at her alleged rival. Cooper then broke her silence, stating that the beef had gone too far for her to keep watching in silence.
Cooper called Earle out, claiming that she created a fake narrative and should stop hiding behind her keypad and other people. She said that the “Hot Mess” host has created fake drama online, such that it appears more interesting than the real version of events.
“I have nothing to hide when it comes to you and me, so unless you actually have something to say, I’m out. This is over,” she said while many fans urged Cooper to spill the beans.
Alix Earle Is One For Simple Responses

Before Cooper addressed the online feud, Earle posted a TikTok video subtly tagging Cooper as an ambulance chaser and comparing her to the “Grim Reaper.” The Blast reports that the media personality responded to Cooper’s Tiktok with three simple words: “Okay, on it!”
This came after the most successful female podcaster urged Earle to speak up on their viral controversy, stressing that there was no NDA in place hindering her from shedding light on the matter.
The 25-year-old TikToker also reposted Cooper’s video on her own page, where she called her out for making passive-aggressive reposts and fuelling fake drama. She teased a follower with a story time to detail what really happened between her and the “Call Her Daddy” podcast host. Notably, Earle previously disclosed that the situation between them was a hot mess behind the scenes.
Other Entertainers Weighed In On The Ongoing Drama

While the former pals are keeping things cryptic, other industry members with close ties to the pair got candid, sharing their thoughts and taking sides.
Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy previously shared on his social media account that he got a DM from someone with knowledge of the controversy in his search for clearer details about the feud.
He was told by an anonymous person, who reportedly turned out to be Brianna ‘Chickenfry’ LaPaglia, that Earle would annihilate Cooper in this online war. LaPaglia previously voiced that things would get messy between the rivals after Earle left the network.
The Blast reports that LaPaglia has maintained her stance in Earle’s corner, stating that she used to be a fan of Cooper until she discovered how she behaved towards people she did not like.
The YouTuber said she was told Cooper was a mean person, a tag she later witnessed manifested firsthand. The podcaster, however, insisted that there were no ill feelings between herself and LaPaglia, adding screenshots of private messages as proof.
Details Of Alix Earle And Alex Cooper’s Feud May Come From A Third Party

LaPaglia addressed the controversy between Earle and Cooper on an episode of her “PlanBri Uncut” podcast last month, and she promised to do something shocking. LaPaglia started off by recalling the details that are already public knowledge about the online drama before sharing her thoughts on the situation.
As shared by The Blast, she stressed that the disagreement was real and not a mere PR stunt before noting that she was not pleased about Earle’s maintained silence on the matter. She implied that she knew the full details and would not hesitate to share them with listeners soon.
“It’s getting to a point where if she doesn’t, I’ll break my f-cking loyalty of holding all these secrets for two years, and then I’ll just be the one getting sued, and then I’ll go bankrupt,” the YouTuber said on her podcast.
LaPaglia then promised listeners that even though she cannot spill the tea on her podcast yet, she would tell them the secret if they bumped into her at a bar and asked.
