The podcaster had some words for a fellow content creator who seemingly picked sides with her current rival, Alix Earle, thus further fueling the already dramatic feud.
Alex Cooper and Alix Earle have been going at it for a few days now after the former claimed the latter, who was once a collaborator in the past, had been serving her passive-aggressive energy on social media.

The podcaster hopped on her Instagram with a few words for Brianna LaPaglia on Wednesday, April 15, over her comments in support of Earle “destroying her.” Cooper and LaPaglia had a shared history from their days at Barstool Sports, which produced Cooper’s successful podcast. Cooper began her lengthy address on her Instagram Story about LaPaglia’s recent utterances and how they have added to the circulating false narratives about her character. In the podcaster’s words:
“Brianna, you coming online saying I’m a mean girl..in peoples comments saying l hate Alex Cooper… I have never met you in my life. The only communication we have ever had together is through dm.”
Cooper followed up with screenshots of the private conversation between herself and LaPaglia, where she cleared the air on how some clips that may appear online may make it look like they dislike each other, which is untrue. The “Call Her Daddy” podcast host reassured LaPaglia that all was well between them, and both agreed not to feed into Dave Portnoy’s bid to start drama.
Cooper continued that she offered genuine support to LaPaglia during her public breakup with country singer Zach Bryan, emphasizing that there is no hate in her towards the content creator. She also seized the opportunity to inform Earle that their ongoing feud is not an attempt at gaining publicity.

The YouTuber responded to Cooper’s posts on Instagram shortly after it dropped, explaining that she knew about Cooper during her time at Barstool when Portnoy introduced them to each other. LaPaglia continued on her Instagram Story that she was a huge fan of Cooper before she became aware of how she allegedly treated people whom she did not like.
LaPaglia reminded people of her friendship with Earle and how she was told Cooper was a mean person. She recalled witnessing an outburst from Cooper to Portnoy over the phone when he (Portnoy) informed her (LaPaglia) that Cooper signed someone to her Unwell Network.
LaPaglia noted that during that call, Cooper clearly established that all she cared about was money and not about people, which ultimately changed how she viewed Cooper, whom she once used to be a huge fan of.

True feelings have been revealed since the start of Cooper and Earle’s public back-and-forth. On Tuesday, April 14, Portnoy entered the chat with a few commentaries on the ladies’ spat via his Instagram story following Earle’s “On It” response to Cooper’s rather confrontational response.
The Barstool Sports founder revealed on his social media account that he got a DM from someone with close knowledge of the situation in his search for more “tea” on the topic. Portnoy continued that during the conversation, he was told by this anonymous fellow that Earle would annihilate Cooper in this online war.
Although Portnoy claimed he would keep the identity of his “tea” supplier under wraps, he shared a screenshot of the exchange, which ultimately revealed that LaPaglia made that verdict. This is not the first time LaPaglia had said something about Earle and Cooper’s relationship; when the former left Cooper’s Unwell Network in 2025, LaPaglia predicted that things would get messy.
The ‘Call Her Daddy’ Podcast Host Wants Clarity On Their Ongoing Feud
Cooper got on TikTok on Monday, April 13, with a few things to get off her chest about Earle’s habit of throwing rocks and hiding her hands. As stated by The Blast, Cooper noted that things had become too extreme for her to continue ignoring them, especially in the face of the false stories. “So, Alix Earle, hey girl. The passive-aggressive reposts and the likes and the commenting on things, I gotta call you out here, you’re gonna need to get specific and just say what you gotta say about me,” the podcaster explained.
She reassured Earle of her readiness to say things as they are, especially what went down behind closed doors, if only she were willing to be honest about her role in the whole show. Cooper continued that while being honest was attractive, it may not suit the narrative Earle was trying to spin, which would explain why she would want to stay silent.
The media personality emphasized that she had nothing to hide, nor would she play online games, which she found embarrassing. Cooper did not fail to inform her followers and fans that it was not typical of her to address issues publicly and that it may likely not happen again unless Earle changed her mind.

Earle issued a very brief response to everything Cooper had said on TikTok with a simple “Okay On It” response and then pressed the repost button for a post Cooper had tagged her in. The Blast noted that the media personality had also subtly shaded Cooper in a video, likening her to an ambulance and the Grim Reaper.
Earle and Cooper’s relationship became sour in 2025 after Earle was dropped from Cooper’s media company and went on to describe the situation as a hot mess, promising a follower and a detailed version of the story as time went on.
Earle came on board Unwell Network as one of its first major creators alongside Cooper in 2023, with remarks that she brings a unique presence to the company. In February 2025, Earle was absent at Unwell Network’s Super Bowl party, and the company eventually parted ways with her due to creative differences and business disagreements.
