Dorit Kemsley is allegedly muddying the waters with child play.
The reality television star’s estranged husband claims she is using their children in an attempt to guilt-trip him into paying for holiday trips. This was brought to light as the financial disputes amid their divorce battle continue, with the status of their California home at the center.
Dorit Kemsley and Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley tied the knot in 2015, a year after welcoming their first child, Jagger. The marriage had been on the rocks before they separated in 2024, igniting a string of legal battles over finances, child support, and more a year later.
Dorit Kemsley Is Allegedly Using Her Offspring As A Pawn

Paul has accused his estranged wife, via court documents, of trying to use one of their kids to request for funds for their spring break. The documents show that he claims Dorit has involved their children in their “financial disputes” by having the kids ask him to book and pay the bills for their vacation.
“While I was attempting to address financial issues with [Dorit], she enlisted our [kid] to send text messages to me requesting money for [Dorit’s] personal expenses, including a trip she wanted to take with the children,” Paul alleges in the court documents.
To back up his claims, Paul submitted screenshots of the alleged text message conversations from his child in April as evidence. As reported by TMZ, he is also using these alleged texts to prove that his estranged wife is spending extravagantly on luxury items while ignoring the mortgage payments on their marital home.
Paul Kemsley Caught On To The Media Personality’s Scheme Quickly

Dorit’s alleged antics through one of their children did not go down smoothly as her soon-to-be ex-husband understood the scope of his child’s alleged requests and shut them down. The text messages reportedly show the kid asking, “ Daddy, do you want us to have a fun spring break?”
In response, the property developer wrote, “Yes, puppy of course. But because I know you’re super smart before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind, the creator is always smarter than the creation.”
Later in the conversation, Paul asked, “Why did you ask me if you want to have a good spring break, a fun one?” The child replies, “Forget it,” but he pushes further, saying, “No I don’t want too … tell me.”
The child then goes on to ask why their dad wouldn’t just book them a holiday, adding, “Mommy pays for everything.” Still in the conversation, the businessman calpped back asking how his child knows who pays for everything before explaining that he cannot just book a trip for them since he does not know where they would love to go for the vacation.
The conversation ultimately ended with Paul telling his child to go to bed since it was 10:30 at the time they were texting, and they said their goodnights.
This comes amid the media personality’s estranged husband requesting a court order to put up his marital home for sale, claiming that the mansion is close to foreclosure.
The ‘RHOBH’ Star Was Called Out For Luxury Spending On Reality TV

Last month, a clip from part one of season 15 of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was released, showing Dorit in a verbal exchange with one of her co-stars. The media personality was defending her spending habits to Kyle Richards while they argued over personal financial status.
Dorit explained that she spent thousands of dollars on a purse, saying, “I spent $4,000 in one of Rachel’s friends’ shops that they cleared for us to shop. Nobody bought anything but me. I didn’t want us to go into that shop and not buy anything.” She also added that she was very lucky to be able to afford to spend that amount on just a purse.
The mom of two stressed that Richards should not be the one to point fingers at her spending habits. However, The Blast reports that Richards noted that they were not in the same financial position.
During the heated conversation, another co-star, Erika Jayne, brought up the issue of Dorit’s marital home, saying, “Well, the house is being foreclosed on.”
The Mother-Of-Two Is Ready To Play ‘Dirty Games’ If Her Financial Demands Are Not Met

The estranged couple’s mutual friend has revealed that there are more issues than meet the eye in the ongoing divorce. Justine Levine, who claims to have known the former lovers for years, alleges that he tried to talk to the reality TV star in an effort to help resolve their ongoing issues over money and their $6 million marital home.
Levine claims he made a phone call trying to get Dorit on the same page as Paul on an agreement for their home. Before he could fully state the purpose of the call, Dorit allegedly got “highly agitated,” expressed in the tone and intensity with which she spoke.
TMZ reports that the Bravo star asked Levine to write down her demands and pass them along to Paul. She further allegedly stressed that she would “disclose private information” about the property developer if her demands were not fulfilled.
Levine claims that she requested for $100,000 and stressed that the money “would prevent her from engaging in what she described as ‘dirty games.’”
Why Is Dorit Kemsley’s Home At The Risk Of Foreclosure?

The Bravo star’s 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion, which sits on 8,901 square feet in Encino, California, is a major bone of contention in her ongoing divorce with Paul.
Paul wants to sell off the home, claiming that it has two mortgages amounting to $6 million, which Dorit claims she was unaware of till it made the news.
The mansion is close to foreclosure due to the couple’s failure to pay off their unconventional loans for the property. They reportedly took out loans from two lenders, Tanka LLC and Private Money Solutions, who filed default notices in January 2026.
The Blast reported that the companies reportedly loaned Paul and Dorit $600,000 and $150k, respectively, in February 2022, and since September 2025, no step has been taken towards repayment. Due to these owed funds stemming from their financial crisis, the home could enter into a non-judicial foreclosure.
Another company, Prime Recon LLC, filed a default notice to the former lovers in December 2025. The company is allegedly owed $5,196,750 and $294,321 in unpaid funds since April 2025.
