Dorit Kemsley does not want any favors from her estranged husband!
The reality star has thrown out an offer from her former lover to provide her a place to lay her head while they continue to slug out their divorce in court.
Dorit Kemsley and Paul PK Kemsley separated back in May 2024, and the reality star filed for divorce over a year later, while seeking sole custody of their two children.
Dorit Kemsley Reportedly Threw The Offer Back In His Face
The media personality allegedly replied to her ex-husband that he can surely keep his house, and she would never in a billion years think of it as an alternative for her to live. Paul shared that his estranged wife commented after he suggested that the reality star and their two children move into his current home.
According to Paul, he had moved out of their former shared home and has plans to immediately get rid of the home, which is already on the verge of foreclosure. Dorit and Paul’s former shared home boasts a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion sitting on 8,901 square feet in Encino, California.
The reality star’s estranged husband is now approaching the court to approve an order to immediately sell the home in order to preserve any remaining equity. As stated by TMZ, Paul revealed that the home has two mortgages totaling $6 million, as they are deep in a serious financial crisis.
He added that his estranged wife has also refused to engage in negotiations and responded with harassing, erratic, and deflecting communications.

Paul continued that Dorit also tried to extort him through their daughter so they could go on a Spring Break trip. According to him, Dorit asked that he make two $50k payments so they could go on vacation and issued threats to ruin his reputation alongside that of his girlfriend if he failed to meet her requests.
Paul added that his estranged wife also spoke ill of him on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” alleging that he stopped talking to her about his finances after they separated. He insisted that Dorit was fully aware of everything that happened after their split, including warning him about the impending foreclosure.
He added that his estranged wife is spinning false narratives about her in the media that he is not financially responsible for her and the kids, despite the fact that he was paying most of the bills.
Dorit Kemsley And Paul Kemsley’s Home Is At Risk Of Foreclosure Due To Unpaid Loans
Dorit and Paul’s $6.4 million Encino Home is at risk of foreclosure due to their failure to pay off their unconventional loans for the property. As reported by The Blast, the report about the pre-foreclosure confirmed that two lenders, Tanka LLC and Private Money Solutions, filed default notices in January 2026.
The companies reportedly loaned the estranged couple $600,000 and $150k, respectively, in February 2022, and no step has been taken towards repayment since September 2025.
Should they continue to owe these funds, the home could enter into a non-judicial foreclosure, meaning the lender would not face any legal procedure if they decide to foreclose on the property.
Additionally, Prime Recon LLC filed a default notice in December 2025. The company is allegedly owed $5,196,750 and $294,321 in unpaid funds since April 2025.
The Bravo Star Had No Idea The Property Developer Was Defaulting On Payments
The Blast noted that in March 2026, Dorit appeared on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” and spoke about the rumors swirling around her home, as well as how her ex-husband handled the mortgage payments.
She revealed that she had only found out that the payments, allegedly, had not been made a few weeks before the story broke. She reminded Cohen of what was said at the reunion that payment concerning the mortgage was under Paul’s jurisdiction, but to her surprise, those obligations were not respected.
Dorit continued that she has since met with Paul, and he has agreed to pay up the outstanding balances before listing the home for sale. The reality star added that after the house appears on the market, she and her kids will find a new home to call theirs.
Dorit Kemsley’s Estranged Husband Blamed Bravo For Marriage Woes
The property developer revisited the nightmare that began in his marriage soon after they appeared on the Bravo show. In his podcast with Paul C Brunson, Paul admitted that things deteriorated in their marriage to the point where he felt he no longer knew who he was married to.
While admitting that blaming Bravo and the show might be a reach, he still cannot let go of the fact that life was much happier before they appeared on the show. He reminisced about their simple life in Tribeca with their growing family, until Dorit pitched their idea to try out the show.
Paul continued that the show producers did not help matters as they often drove a controversial storyline with some of their conflicts and arguments on the show. Over time, these stories were exaggerated, and viewers, as well as the couple themselves, came to believe them to be true.
