Drew Sidora‘s legal woes trail on as new claims are brought to light.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has been in and out of the court since her messy divorce from soon-to-be ex-husband Ralph Pittman kicked off in 2023. The pair who wed in 2014 faced a tumultuous relationship both off-screen and before cameras, with claims of infidelity and abuse.
Drew Sidora was recently ordered to vacate her marital home in Georgia by the end of this month. She has since pleaded for the ruling to be overturned, claiming homelessness is in sight if she moves out.
Drew Sidora Raises More Claims Against Her Estranged Husband

Sidora recently filed court documents alleging that her former lover has fallen behind on the monthly home payments for their Georgia home. She further claims that, based on these failed mortgage payments, the home is close to being sent into foreclosure.
According to a previous court order, Pittman and the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star are to split the house bills until she moves out by the end of this month. The reality star alleges that Pittman has completely ignored the court order and has failed to make the monthly home payments.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Sidora alleges that her soon-to-be ex now has a past-due balance of $25,251.07 on the mortgage, adding his failure to pay was “intentional and willful.” Furthermore, she stated in the docs that he has shown no respect for the court order and requests that the judge fines him $1,000 as punishment for his behavior.
Ralph Pittman Calls BS on His Estranged Wife’s Claims

The tech expert vehemently denies Sidora’s claims and has asked the court to trash her request. He insists that the home is not in danger of foreclosure and also sets the record straight on the mortgage payment. Pittman responded to the reality TV star’s filing, denying that he was behind on the mortgage payments and asking that the court also deny her request that he be sanctioned.
As earlier stated, Sidora was ordered to move out of the home by the end of this month. The ruling was made by the judge presiding over their ongoing divorce last month. The TV star appealed the court’s decision, claiming that she had nowhere to go nor the funds to find a new place. The judge denied her request.
The former lovers share two children, Machai and Aniya. Pittman will have primary custody of the minors during the school year, while the reality TV star will have them on alternating weekends and during their breaks. It was also decided that Pittman, who stays in the basement of the home, could go up to help the children get ready for school.
The ‘RHOA’ Star Previously Requested Jail Time For Pittman

The Blast covered in a previous release that last year, Sidora appeared before the court with claims that her former partner tried to tarnish her public image, and as such, should be thrown in jail. She claimed that his actions were tailored to humiliate her and paint her in a negative light in the public eye, thus destroying the reputation she has built over the years.
According to the filed court documents, the mom of three alleged in June 2025 that her estranged lover “stole” some of her private messages from her phone and gave them to media outlets. She also alleged that his motives were to portray her in a “negative light” publicly. The media personality stated that although he had “disdain” for her, it does not give him the right to post the messages Pittman on social media with false narratives to “humiliate Drew publicly.”
The “RHOA” star asked for the tech expert to be sent behind bars for up to twenty days. In addition to these claims, the mom of three alleged that Pittman had violated the mutual restraining order in place when their divorce was filed and asked that the court fine him $1000 for every violation.
The Bravo Star Allegedly Split Her Earnings In Half During Her Marriage

The TV star previously voiced that financial weight also fell on her shoulders during her marriage. She came forward with screenshots last month alleging that she gave Pittman 50% of her income from “Real Housewives” and other endorsement deals.
The Blast reported that part of the screenshots featured conversations between Sidora and her estranged husband on April 13, 2026, where they argued over payments of their kids’ expenses, groceries, and household bills. The tech expert warned that if she did not make her contribution to the expenses, she would be held in contempt of court.
“Ralph, how can you say I haven’t given you money toward the house in years? I’ve given you 50% of my money for Real Housewives, and all along you were getting paid directly from Bravo as well! I gave you 50% of my endorsement deals and my movies,” the screenshot showed.
In another part of the messages, she asked Pittman why they were behind on their $25,000 mortgage payment, and in response, he said the Bravo star was making things up again. The conversations continued with other calais of betrayal, and Sidora still pleaded to continue living in their marital home.
Drew Sidora’s Financial Records Are No Longer Hidden

As the divorce process continuously gets heated, more details of the former lovebirds surfaced, including financial records, which showed that Pittman earns over five times more than his soon-to-be ex-wife. According to the released court documents, it was revealed that the media personality who has starred in projects such as “Step UP” and “The Game” as well as appeared in several seasons of the hit Bravo reality TV show earns $12,066 monthly.
Her former partner, on the other hand, who is a tech expert, brings in a lump sum of $71,524 per month. The Blast shared that details of their monthly income were released shortly after the judge ruled that Sidora should vacate their residence in Georgia by the end of May due to the “current financial circumstances of the parties.”
Despite the tensions accompanying their ongoing divorce, Sidora initially said that the split was born out of love. “After eight years of wholeheartedly fighting for my marriage, I have made the agonizing decision to release my husband with love,” she stated at the time. Infidelity claims, alleged abuse, and a three-year-long court battle soon followed this declaration.
What other claims will Drew Sidora bring up as the divorce process continues?
