Ray J’s body count is going viral days after the release of a “Funky Friday Podcast” episode, in which host Cam Newton asked the singer about his staggering body count. At one point in the three-hour podcast, Newton brought up the singer’s claim about having slept with 11,500 women.

“I did a booby trap party when I reached 10,000,” Ray J said, explaining that he celebrated the milestone by throwing a party where “400 or 500” women that he had been with attended. Newton, in disbelief, wanted clarification and asked whether he was talking about “different partners” or the times that he had sex. “No, no, no. These are 10,000 different people,” Ray J said. The singer then said the number has grown to about 12,500 since that party.

Newton still seemed skeptical of the 45-year-old singer’s claim, saying, “That’s sleeping with a little over one-and-a-half women a day for 30 years.” Ray J countered, explaining that when he was on tour, he slept with about 5 to 10 women daily.

Ray J Insists He’s ‘Not Capping’

Ray also said that some of his “home girls” have slept with 45,000 a year. Seeing Newton’s reaction, Ray J removed his sunglasses and said, “Bro, I’m not capping.” The host challenged the number, saying that there are only 365 days in a year, adding, “What kind of bender they gotta go on to make that math make sense?” “Brothels and stuff like that,” Ray J answered.

Still not seeing how that was possible, Newton asked how he came up with that number. Another person did the calculation, noting that sleeping with one woman a day to reach 10,000 would mean a different woman daily for more than 27 years. “I don’t buy it. Sure you may go on banging sprees, but eventually you have relationships, or you just need to sleep,” he noted.

One user ran the numbers on ChatGPT, assuming Ray J started having intercourse at 15 years old. Dividing 12,000 women by 30 years he’s been sexually active, the number came down to 400 women per year.

The Singer Doesn’t Believe Cam Newton’s Number

In the middle of the conversation, Ray J asked Newton his body count, guessing around 20,000, then lowering it by half after the football player said no. “All the football games. You know you was running through, for sure, 10 after every game,” Ray J said, to which Newton replied, “No bro. That’s too much energy.”

Ray J kept throwing out numbers in the thousands, and eventually, Newton satisfied the singer’s curiosity by saying he doesn’t even have 1,000. However, Ray wouldn’t have it, accusing the host of not being honest.

“That’s not my vibe. If I’m giving you a rough answer, it doesn’t even scratch a thousand. Just being honest,” Newton said. “And I’m flying,” Ray J said, still not believing him.
