Lindsie Chrisley and her boyfriend, David Landsman, are going through a rough patch in their relationship.
The media personality, best known as the daughter of Todd Chrisley and his ex-wife, Teresa Terry, recently made waves for a domestic violence incident.
The drama occurred last week, ending with her boyfriend’s arrest and a brutal mugshot. Lindsie Chrisley has yet to shed light on the shocking situation.
Lindsie Chrisley’s Boyfriend Looks Battered In New Mugshot

According to new reports, Lindsie and her boyfriend got into a heated altercation that soon turned violent. Sources alleged that David “went berserk” on Lindsie after she tried to leave following a confrontation about a lie she had caught him in.
Sources explained that David had been the one who called the authorities; however, there were allegedly visible injuries on Lindsie when the cops arrived. On that note, David was booked on one count of aggravated assault-strangulation and got his mugshot taken at the Cherokee County jail.
The picture shared by TMZ showed David looking battered with a bleeding injury. A bloody streak ran down one side of his face, starting from his eyebrow to his cheek. It is unclear how David sustained the injury, but it comes just weeks after he sparked engagement rumors with Lindsie.
David Landsman Asks Todd Chrisley’s For His Oldest Daughter’s Hand In Marriage

The engagement speculations began in late March when David posted a picture of what appeared to be an engagement ring on Lindsie’s finger. The outlet reported that he had shared the picture on his Instagram Story and tagged Todd in the post’s caption.
“@toddchrisley, may I have your daughter’s hand in marriage?” David wrote. The touching post came a year after Lindsie sparked marriage rumors with David after taking his last name. She changed her Instagram handle to “Lindsie Landsman” last July, causing a stir amongst fans.
However, Woman’s World reported in February 2026 that Lindsie had denied secretly tying the knot to David. She explained on an episode of her “The Southern Tea” podcast that she took her boyfriend’s last name to distance herself from her estranged family.
Lindsie Chrisley Has A Complicated Relationship With Her Maiden Name

During the podcast episode, Lindsie explained that she had experienced a challenging time bearing the Chrisley name. It is no secret that she is estranged from her father, stepmother, and half-siblings, with the tensions between them escalating during Todd’s tax evasion scandal.
Lindsie claimed she lost business opportunities during Todd’s legal drama because the Chrisley name associated her with the scandal. On that note, she chose to use her boyfriend’s last name to distance herself from the controversy. In her words:
“It truly was a decision that I made about reclaiming my peace and stepping into my future, which is defined by love, growth over the past couple of years, and just forward movement.”
The Podcast Host Was Previously Married

Before her romance with David, Lindsie was previously married to Will Campbell for nine years. The former couple welcomed one son, Jackson, before ending their relationship in 2021. Two years later, The Blast reported that Lindsie had opened up about her co-parenting experience with Will.
She shared her thoughts in September 2023 during a Q&A session with fans on her Instagram Stories. When asked if she had joint celebrations with Will or if they spent time together with their son, Lindsie revealed that they did not do things jointly.
Although she and Will chose to celebrate occasions like birthdays with their son separately, it did not mean they avoided each other like a plague. Lindsie stressed that they could visit each other’s homes, but with “respect and boundaries” guiding their actions.
Lindsie Chrisley Reflects On The Impact Of Her Family’s Estrangement On Her Son

Besides having rocky experiences in her romantic life, Lindsie’s relationship with her family isn’t much different. The Blast shared in November 2025 that she had opened up about her estrangement from Todd and the other members of the Chrisley clan.
Lindsie poured her heart out in a three-part tell-all series on her podcast, later telling The Blast that the hardest part of the series was reflecting on how her estrangement from her family had affected her son. She claimed Jackson had felt “hurt” and “disregarded” by the situation.
Lindsie alleged that she was frequently put in a difficult position by her estranged family, claiming they had shaped the narratives about her without her input. She referenced how her half-sibling, Savannah Chrisley, had repeatedly mentioned her name in the Chrisleys’ “Back to Reality” docuseries.
