Taylor Frankie Paul Facing Third Domestic Violence Allegation
After the 2023 domestic violence incident resurfaced, it was revealed that Dakota had accused Taylor of another incident that allegedly occurred in February 2026. A third domestic violence allegation was recently revealed.
A police spokesman told NBC News on Tuesday, March 24, that Dakota had contacted the West Jordan Police Department in February to report a third domestic violence incident against Taylor. The incident reportedly occurred in 2024, but a specific timeline has not been given.
The spokesman explained that authorities are currently investigating Dakota’s claims and going through multiple videos connected to the alleged event to figure out details and timelines. For now, the police only have Dakota’s version of the alleged event and need to speak with Taylor.
‘The Bachelorette’ Hopeful Will Need To Share Her Side Of The Story
The police spokesperson noted that investigators have spoken with Taylor’s attorney; however, they still needed the TV personality’s account. On that note, the authorities wanted her to come in for an interview or submit a written statement.
Taylor’s participation in the investigation will help investigators validate the details in Dakota’s domestic violence report. The spokesman added that Dakota was directed to the West Jordan Police Department by the Draper Police Department.
The Draper Police Department pushed Dakota to West Jordan because of the jurisdiction of the alleged 2024 incident. The update marked the second ongoing investigation involving Taylor and Dakota’s acrimonious relationship.
A Separate Investigation Is Ongoing Related To The Second Domestic Violence Allegations
The Draper Police told the outlet that a separate investigation related to the exes began after they accused each other of domestic violence. Calls from Taylor and Dakota came in on February 24 and February 25, respectively.
The call marked Dakota’s second domestic violence allegation, with the first occurring in 2023 when Taylor pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. She escaped four other charges linked to the case, including domestic violence in the presence of a child.
The domestic violence charges, alongside assault and criminal mischief, were dismissed with prejudice. A newly released body camera footage from the 2023 incident revealed Taylor had lost her composure after drinking, while Dakota appeared concerned for her well-being.
The TV Personality’s Ex-Boyfriend Was Against Her Arrest
The Blast covered the details of the body cam footage, reporting that it began as officers approached the front door of Taylor and Dakota’s home. The then-couple could be heard screaming from outside the door before cops separated them upon entry.
Taylor appeared intoxicated and began sobbing after trying and failing to pour herself a glass of water. On the other side, Dakota spoke to an officer, explaining that Taylor was “not doing okay” while showing his injuries from the fight.
Dakota also implied that the incident was not an isolated event, saying, “I can’t even tell you the stuff that’s happened to me.” After authorities confirmed Taylor was the primary aggressor, they slapped cuffs on her, only for Dakota to ask if he could be arrested in her place.

Before the latest update in Taylor’s case, The Blast reported that an insider had claimed the reality TV star lost her cool while filming “The Bachelorette.” The incident occurred during a one-on-one date with one of the contestants, Casey Hux.
Casey had allegedly brought up Taylor’s 2023 domestic violence incident, with one source noting the question made Taylor very emotional. Another agreed, claiming she was so upset that she stormed off the set.
Taylor appeared to have addressed the incident in a March 12 post on Instagram, dropping a video of herself repeatedly flipping the bird while listening to Lily Allen’s “F-ck You” song. She explained in the caption that a contestant had gotten under her skin, but she eventually got over it.
