Ray J has employed another truth-seeking tactic in the ongoing legal drama with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
The rapper’s team has confirmed that he will be bringing a former executive at the distribution company for their infamous sex tape in the witness dock to corroborate his story about the reality stars’ role in the whole plot.
Ray J has insisted that Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner had been spilling lies about their sex tape to the media, mostly leaving him to take the fall in the media over the years, while damaging his reputation and legacy.
Ray J’s Master Plan To Exonerate Himself Against The Kardashians
The singer’s attorney, Howard King, revealed that his client is ready to bring in Vivid Entertainment’s former boss, Steve Hirsch, to speak on what went down behind the scenes and who truly gave the order to release the tape.
King stressed that Hirsch could put an end to the debacle and clarify the role Kim and Kris played in the controversial release of the 2007 tape. The lawyer also addressed Kim, alleging that she lied under oath when she testified in court recently. When she becomes a lawyer, she will realize the weight of her actions and their possible consequences.
As reported by TMZ, Hirsch had mentioned in old interviews that Kris played no part in selling the tape. However, there is no way the sex tape could have been released without Ray J and Kim’s consent; the current debate is to know the extent of Kim and Kris’s involvement in signing off on the deal.
The Rapper Spilled The Tea On How Much Each Sex Tapes Allegedly Cost
In his perjury allegations against Kim and Kris after their last round of declarations in court, Ray J claimed that a meeting did occur with Vivid Entertainment executives in a room with the three of them present. As shared by The Blast, Ray J revealed that they were paid $400,000 for each of the three sex tapes, including the two from Cabo and the third from Santa Barbara.
He recalled the momager giving them clear instructions to make the Santa Barbara tape dirtier, pointing towards Kris’ intense involvement in the whole content. Vivid had, however, insisted that it obtained the sex tape, which broke the internet with its release from a third party, meaning that a round table session never happened.
The company released the sex tape in March 2007 after the company made a $1 million purchase from a third party. In February 2007, before the tape was released, the actress sued Vivid Entertainment, alleging invasion of privacy and seeking the profits from the tape’s release, as well as ownership of the tape.

In their declaration, Kim stated that her ex’s claims that she had connived with her mother and others to release a sex tape, defraud the public, and then file a fake lawsuit against the porn company that released it to create a buzz are nothing but a complete lie.
As shared by The Blast, Kris added to her daughter’s story, claiming that she neither made her daughter file a sex tape nor did she make her decide what tape to release, as Ray J claimed in the cross-complaint.
“As a mother, the notion that I orchestrated or produced sex tapes involving my daughter, or was in any way involved in the creation or distribution of any sex tapes, is not only entirely untrue but deeply offensive and harmful and has haunted me for decades,” Kris emphasized.
Ray J had declared in his session with TMZ that it was important for him to clear up the negative narrative surrounding his image because of his kids. He stressed that he would not want his two children to grow up believing the dishonest rumor that he was a party to purposely hurting someone with revenge porn.

The R&B singer gave fans the show of a lifetime on February 14, with a controversial moment featuring blood gushing out of his eyes. Unfortunately, putting up a show of this magnitude came at a cost for the singer, who recalled a fan snatching his heart monitor from his chest when he jumped into the crowd in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Ray J revealed that the monitor was very important to his health because it contained vital information that his doctors needed to create a treatment plan for him. The musician then promised to give a cash reward to anyone who had the monitor with them, citing its usefulness to him.
A photographer from the show had also addressed the blood from Ray J’s eyes, claiming that it was all staged because he saw the rapper put on the fake blood in his eyes and go into the crowd. The videographer noted that Ray J loves the camera and would do almost anything to draw attention to himself, which is why he chose to come clean about the fake blood bit.
