Ray J is not softening his grip on his agitations for transparency from his billionaire ex and her mother!
The rapper is slamming Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner with perjury claims over the infamous sex tape with the mother-of-four and how the clips became public.
Ray J and the SKIMS founder, alongside her mom, found themselves in court last year when the duo dragged him to court for defamation after he claimed they were under federal investigation for racketeering.
Ray J Adds Dishonesty To His List Of Kardashian Accusations
The media personality claimed that the mother and daughter duo are very dishonest about the level of their involvement in the release of the sex tape, which they stated was next to nothing.
He claimed that Kim and Kris completely lied about everything in the declarations in court, describing it as the worst thing they could do. He recalled that they all sat in the same room with executives from the company, Vivid, to discuss a distribution deal.
However, the company had insisted that it obtained the sex tape from a third party, but Ray J claims they were paid 400k each for three sex tapes, including the two made in Cabo, and one made in Santa Barbara. Ray J added to TMZ that Kris had specifically instructed them to make the Santa Barbara sex tape dirtier, which meant she was heavily involved from start to finish.

The rapper continued that he would not want his kids to grow up thinking their dad purposely hurt someone with revenge porn. He insisted that Kim and Kris did not tell the truth in court, and he would not let his kids deal with such a dishonest narrative throughout their entire lives. In his words:
“Are [Kim & Kris] out of their f-cking minds? The fact of the matter is, if you lie like that under oath, don’t you go to jail? Don’t you get fined?”
At the genesis of their court case, Ray J had responded to Kim and Kris’ defamation lawsuit with a countersuit, claiming they violated a settlement agreement that barred either of them from talking about the sex tape. Kim and the rapper met in 2002, while she worked as a stylist for his sister, the famous singer Brandy Norwood.
They began dating on and off in 2003 while Kim was dealing with her divorce from her first husband, Damon Thomas, but broke things off in 2006 amid allegations from the rapper that they were both cheaters and players in the relationship.

The Blast shared that Sonja hopped on Facebook to call out the mother and daughter duo on their declaration, asking who was responsible for leaking the sex tape. She stated that she would not keep silent and watch her son get dogged on social media over a matter that the four of them and many others are aware of, exactly how it panned out.
She directly called out Kris for denying that she was the mastermind behind the release of the sex tapes. Sonja declared that she supports Ray J in his journey to bring the truth forward, adding that she has taken front row seats in the journey for years, and they will stay on that path as a family till the public is aware of the truth.
The rapper’s mother emphasized that they will pursue the truth “all the way to the doorstep of God’s judgment.” Kris had noted in her declaration that the claims about her involvement in the commercial distribution of her daughter’s tape had haunted her for decades because they are so untrue and deeply offensive.

The momager, back in February, claimed in her defamation lawsuit that it was unfair for Ray J to claim federal authorities were looking into her and Kim. The Blast stated that the media personality claimed she did something worse than Sean’ Diddy’ Combs was a miserable lie. Kris continued that Kim and Ray J were romantically involved for a brief period of time.
Still, he has, over the years, kept their names on his lips in the press, demonizing her family and defaming them for popularity. The mother-of-six confessed that it was upsetting to see Kim struggle with the stress of Ray J’s accusations for years and her feelings of hopelessness about his harassment ever coming to an end.
Kris added that her business and brand have felt the heat of Ray J’s allegations for years, and it has taken her decades to build an empire of such magnitude. Kris admitted that she has never dragged anyone to court for defamation in years, but Ray J’s action warranted it, as they were deeply painful and inexcusable.
Ray J Previously Referenced Kim Kardashian’s Failed Bar Exams
The rapper responded to Kim’s claims that his latest utterances might get in the way of her ever becoming a lawyer. According to him, she must first scale through the bar exams and become a lawyer before she has to worry about any licensing issues. Kim’s law school chronicles began in 2018, when she started a four-year legal apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco.
She passed the first-year law exam in 2021 on her fourth attempt and recently failed the full California bar exam, which is the final hurdle to becoming a licensed attorney. Ray J added that he does not agree that allegations from an interview or Twitch streams could ever be grave enough to jeopardize her legal career. He continued that it would be the underlying wrongful conduct that the duo has not denied.
Speaking of the past, the rapper and Kim’s ex-husband, Kanye ‘Ye’ West, also had an encounter back in 2022 when he got wind of a second sex tape and approached Ray J to release it. Ye and Ray J reportedly got into a deal, and the latter subsequently released the computer containing the content to the YEEZY designer.
