Lizzo is doubling down on her innocence in reaction to her latest legal victory!
The singer is soaking up her win after she got cleared of her accusers' claims that she fired them due to their weight gain, amid other accusations of maltreatment.
Lizzo was sued by three of her former dancers in 2023, accusing her of sexual harassment and alleged intimidation in their work environment.
Lizzo Vows To Continue Fighting Every Claim

Taking to her Instagram after the case was dropped, Lizzo uploaded a short video giving a summary of the legal development and her next move. In her words:
"The fat shaming allegations against me have been officially dropped by my accusers. They conceded that it had no merit in court.”
The singer affirmed that there was no evidence she fired these people because they gained weight, because it simply never happened. Instead, the singer clarified that the fired performer had to go because they shared a private recording of her without her consent with former employees.
Lizzo insisted that all she had ever done was encourage and support people with bigger bodies while sharing her platform with them to love their shape.
She confessed that the allegations were haunting, but she let the law run its course, and she remains content with the outcome. In her concluding statement, Lizzo wrote: "I am still in a legal battle. I am not settling. I will be fighting every single claim until the truth is out."

"Never gave up on you, bestie, love you always, one of the sweetest and down-to-earth celebrities out there," this fan stated with a heart emoji. Another commenter asked that the singer's former dancers make sure their apology is as loud as the allegations, which gave Lizzo sleepless nights for years.
This Instagram user left a very touching note in the comment section, which addressed the bandwagon culture where people pick sides even before hearing what both sides have to say. "It's a shame you were canceled because folks didn't have the entire narrative," the post concluded.

As shared by The Blast, the dancers, consisting of Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams, jointly decided to drop the claims and other allegations filed against the singer.
In the 2023 filing, the three dancers accused Lizzo of sexual harassment, fat shaming, false imprisonment, and interference with prospective economic advantage.
Reacting to her subsequent victory two years later, Lizzo's attorney, Marty Singer, and his partner, Melissa Y. Glass, explained that the dropped claims were a major part of the sexual harassment lawsuit, which had always lacked merit.
They revealed that more than a dozen witnesses trashed the accusers' claims by denying them in sworn declarations in court.
Singer and Glass added that the judge also declared that Davis' employment was terminated after she recorded Lizzo in a dancer meeting without her approval and sent it to Williams, who was no longer a part of the tour at the time.
The 37-Year-Old Was Accused Of Attempting To Intimidate The Dancers

When the singer made her move to countersue her former dancers' lawsuit in 2023, the attorney representing the plaintiff described it as a targeted attempt at intimidating the dancers into silence.
The Blast shared that attorney Rom Zambrano, who represented the three dancers, noted that Lizzo's decision was heavily malicious and carried a chilling reality for all victims of workplace harassment who intend to break their silence.
Zambrano added that Lizzo employed scare tactics, bullying, and victim shaming in line with toxic behaviors usually adopted by entertainers in the industry towards their victims.
"Her team is merely trying to suppress the truth and hide her hypocrisy of publicizing her brand as one of empowerment and body positivity while privately depriving women of their empowerment," the lawyer continued.
He concluded that Lizzo's move to countersue was not by any means an empowering move on behalf of women; instead, it encouraged the culture of marginalizing women.
Lizzo Warned Her Body Watchers To Back Off

The singer registered her displeasure about the unprovoked, snide remarks about her body very recently. She declared on her Instagram page that no one should make anyone feel okay for saying insensitive comments about their body.
The award-winning singer stunned in a captivating yellow and black printed two-piece bikini, flaunting the gains of her new healthy lifestyle and hours at the gym.
Lizzo has stayed transparent about her weight loss journey, including her brief stint with Ozempic and how she ultimately decided to rely on mental discipline and physical activity to achieve her health goals.
She emphasized that regardless of whatever size anyone is, people will always share their thoughts, and it is important to learn to separate the noise from facts and chase one's happiness.
"If I get a BBL, mind ur business, if I lose 100lbs, mind ur business, if I gain every pound back and then some... mind ur f-cking business. Anyways.. my fat a-s stays living with a paid off mortgage in y'all b-tches heads," Lizzo stressed in the Instagram post.
