'Jersey Shore' Jen Harley Behind Bars In Vegas for Assault with Deadly Weapon

Controversial "Jersey Shore" cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is usually the one in the headlines for getting arrested after an alleged rampage, but this time it is his baby mama, Jen Harley, who finds herself in custody on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

The news broke early on Father's Day Sunday that 34-year-old Harley was arrested Saturday by officials in Las Vegas and is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond. The reality star, who has regularly appeared on "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" is scheduled to appear in front of a judge Sunday afternoon, and it looks like she will remain in custody until then.

Details surrounding the arrest of Jen Harley, who is a real estate in Las Vegas, are currently unclear. It's unlikely the victim in the assault is Ronnie, as the "Jersey Shore" star does not live in Las Vegas. However, Jen does appear to live with a boyfriend, whom she regularly showcases on her Instagram page. The man, named Joe, has not spoken out yet about Jen's arrest or made any indication that he was the victim in the alleged domestic incident.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley have unfortunately been wrapped up in tumultuous relationships for years, resulting in multiple arrests and legal problems for both of them. Back in 2019, the "Jersey Shore" star was arrested for going after Jen with a knife during an argument over their 3-year-old daughter, Ariana. That incident resulted in Ronnie leading officials on a manhunt that ended with him being tased and strapped to a gurney for transport.

Most recently, Ronnie was arrested in April for a domestic altercation with his new girlfriend. Jen was not involved in that one but vowed that she was going to keep their daughter safe and away from dangerous situations. It's unclear if their daughter was present at Jen's recent incident and arrest, and Ronnie has not yet spoken out about the situation.
