Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is missing his 3-year-old daughter terribly.

The "Jersey Shore" star shared an adorable photo of Ariana, his daughter whom he shares with Jen Harley, and himself on Friday, May 14. His post comes just hours after the recent domestic violence charges against him were dropped and the news of possible jail time broke for a probation violation. Ronnie was arrested on “suspicion of intimate partner violence” on April 22 for an incident involving girlfriend Saffire Matos. Harley drove to Los Angeles from Las Vegas that night to pick up their daughter. It seems like Ariana is still in her mother's care.

"Missing you," Ronnie wrote on his IG story. He included a world ? emoji for the caption of the pic on his feed. The "Jersey Shore" star also shared some inspiring quotes that supported people with mental illness. "Shoutout to every single person who battles through a mental illness every day of their life," Ronnie's quote read. "It takes real strength to fight a war inside your head 24/7. Never forget you are strong and you've got this. Keep going."

After the news of the recently dropped charges, the reality star's attorneys issued a statement about how he is finally getting help. He is currently seeking medical treatment for psychological issues that he has ignored for a long time,” Ortiz-Magro's lawyers, Scott E. Leemon and Leonard Levine, told Hollywood Life on May 13.

As we previously mentioned, Ariana's mother is currently caring for her, and she hinted that she wanted a more strict custody arrangement last month. Harley made the 4-hour trip to pick up her little girl in Los Angeles and said it would be the "last" time. She posted a picture of herself clutching Ariana to her chest. "Can't drive home like this but I'll hold her as long as she needs it," she captioned the emotional photo. She posted a pic of them back home in Vegas later that evening.

At the time of Ronnie's arrest, a source close to the situation made it clear Ariana was safe and unharmed, but he could still face jail time for violating his probation, and Jen might want to change their custody arrangement.
