Elizabeth Hurley Looks Amazing In Daisy Dukes For 56th Birthday

Elizabeth Hurley is rolling around grass and saying "Happy Birthday to me!" as she welcomes turning 56. The model and actress, this month making headlines for being "PEOPLE in the '90s" podcast's first celebrity guest, today updated her Instagram to celebrate her birthday, posting for her 2 million followers and rocking a summery look fit for the current British sunshine. Liz was enjoying the great outdoors and delighting her fans, who took under an hour to fill the comments section. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video. Hurley, who continues to prove a bit of a Benjamin Button by seemingly aging backwards, was looking close to 35 than 56. The blue-eyed beauty, stretching out in the grass and wearing dark Daisy Dukes and a white and slightly-cropped butterfly top, stunned fans with her simple energy, wishing herself a happy birthday and also doing so via a caption.
"Happy Birthday to me! Thank you for all your beautiful messages," the Elizabeth Hurley Beach founder wrote.

The swimwear designer, who has been at it before the Kardashians were famous, was quickly told: "Happy birthday darling!" with many others dropping by to wish the star the best.
The video comes as Liz makes headlines for speaking out on ex Hugh Grant, whom she met in 1987 and went onto date for 13 years. The "Four Wedding and a Funeral" actor and Liz are still close friends. Hugh, 60, is even godfather to Liz's 19-year-old son Damian. See more photos after the video.

The podcast, which covered glamorous celebrity '90s couples from Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt to Cindy Crawford and Richard Gere, brought Liz revealing: "The last time I spoke to Hugh would be this morning. I speak to him quite a lot. I was asking him his advice on a script I just received."
"I still go to him for advice on scripts, even though he's very happily married with five children and I'm very happy in my own life, there's still certain bits we crossover with very well," she added. More photos below.
