Billie Eilish is facing backlash and a suggestion that she "sold out" by wearing reality star Kim Kardashian's SKIMS underwear in her new "Lost Cause" music video. The 19-year-old pop sensation this week had 40-year-old Kim singing her praises, with the mogul quickly making sure the world knows that "bad guy" hit-maker Billie was kitted out in her merch for the viral video. Taking to her Instagram stories, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star said she could "spy" SKIMS. Fans are spying an opportunity for hate, though. Check it out below.

The message wasn't one-way, though. Eilish replied to E! star Kim with a heart emoji, but she didn't get a massive amount of love back as the exchange made headlines and viewers to The Daily Mail's report lashed out.

Over 500 users upvoted a comment reading: "Billie really sold her soul with lightening speed. Wow." Also gaining likes was a user writing: "So sad that Billie has sold out. To the Kardashians no less." Scroll for more photos after the video.

Kim, who had to change the original Kimono name of her brand after cultural backlash from Japan, is having the last laugh as SKIMS becomes more than just a Kardashian brand. Boasting its new "Fits Everybody" range, one that follows the immense pandemic success of the "Cozy Collection," SKIMS has been shouted out by the likes of comedian Chelsea Handler and actress Kathy Bates. It's also loved by Martha Stewart.

“When I said I wanted seamless shapewear, everyone looked and thought that I was crazy," Kim told Harper's Bazaar this year. More photos below.

The mom of four, still in the news for having filed for divorce from 43-year-old husband Kanye West in 2021, added: "The thing that always bothered me [with other brands] was that there would be a seam up the front. You would have this really tight dress and then see this seam, defeating the purpose of wearing something that is supposed to look like there is nothing underneath."

Kim continues to run SKIMS alongside her best-selling KKW Beauty brand. If you missed what 23-year-old Kylie Jenner just launched, scroll.
