According to reports, the couple is already very close to a divorce settlement, and it doesn’t appear there will be any issue with them going forward.
It’s unclear if the couple will be forced to sell their massive Calabasas estate, but as we reported, Kim is currently living in the home with the children as Kanye stays in Wyoming.

As we reported, the couple split after Kanye decided to run for President and had a series of outbursts including several that severely hurt his wife. At the time, Kim wasn’t sure if KW was going through a bipolar episode, and felt it was cruel to end the marriage right away.
For the record, this is Kim’s third divorce. The reality star was married to music producer Damon Thomas and divorce in 2004. In August of 2011, she married NBA star Kris Humphries, only to divorce him after 72 days.

The couple has yet to comment publically on the divorce filing.
