Kesha knows how to make a statement, and this one came 86 floors high.
On Thursday, the 38-year-old pop provocateur braved 45°F weather atop the Empire State Building’s observation deck, stripping down to a barely-there ensemble in celebration of her upcoming album "Period."
And yes, she did it in true Kesha fashion.
Kesha Flashes NYC In $175 Shorts During Empire State Building Album Stunt

Clad in $175 MISBHV “Community Super Shorts” that left little to the imagination, the "Yippee-Ki-Yay" singer cheekily bent over to peek through one of the deck’s iconic telescopes, revealing her bare behind to the Manhattan skyline.
The look, styled by Marta Del Rio, also included a grey “Sex” tee, an orange faux-fur bomber hat, and thigh-high wader boots held up by lingerie garters. The chilly stunt marked the lighting ceremony for "Period," Kesha’s sixth studio album and the first release under her new imprint, Kesha Records.
The album, out July 4, drops in partnership with Magic Mission, a non-profit founded by Kesha’s mom, Pebe Sebert, and dedicated to fighting pet overpopulation and abuse in Latin America. Kesha also sits on the organization’s advisory board.

But the rooftop flash wasn’t her only headline-making look this week.
Just before the Empire State Building appearance, Kesha was spotted rocking a strappy bra top and sheer high-waisted panties beneath an oversized pleather moto jacket and wide-leg raver jeans.
She also made time for her fans, known affectionately as her “Animals," greeting them with selfies and autographs outside the building, despite the freezing temps.
On Wednesday, the "Joyride" singer, who’s also been affectionately dubbed the "Delusional" diva thanks to her latest era, showed off more skin and major cleavage while vintage shopping at What Goes Around Comes Around, her self-declared “happy place.”
Kesha Reclaims Her Voice With ‘Period’ After Years Of Legal Turmoil

Kesha’s public appearance comes amid renewed speculation about her dramatic physical transformation in recent years, sparking whispers of Ozempic use. The two-time Grammy nominee, who has openly battled bulimia, has not commented on the rumors.
What she has been vocal about is reclaiming her voice, literally and legally. "Period" will be her first full-length project since regaining control over her music following the conclusion of her nine-year legal battle with former producer Dr. Luke.
Kesha has accused him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, as well as workplace discrimination, all of which he has denied. The legal resolution also marked her split from his Kemosabe label, RCA Records, and Vector Management.
Now fully independent, Kesha is ready to tour, with attitude.
