Pamela Anderson Reportedly Hopes To 'Repair The Relationship' With Ex-Husband Tommy Lee

Pamela Anderson wants to establish an amicable connection with her former husband, Tommy Lee.

The celebrity extraordinaire expressed her wish to fix the bond between her and the drummer in order for them to be better grandparents.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee tied the knot on vacation in Mexico in February 1995. They remained married for three years and welcomed two sons.

The actress reportedly got in her feelings after her youngest son proposed to his heartthrob last summer. Following the special moment, Pamela voiced her lifelong wish, to get to a point where she will "one day be able to peacefully co-grandparent" with Tommy.

According to a source: "Pam's not looking to hang out and be buddy-buddy with Tommy. She knows he has his own life to live." Pamela also admitted on "Andy Cohen Live" on January 9 that she and Tommy do not communicate like they used to.

"I mean, we used to talk a lot more. Not recently, unfortunately, but you know, I wish we did have a better rapport right now," Pamela stressed.

According to In Touch, she shared that her youngest son is engaged, and they may welcome a grandchild together. She added, "It'll be OK, eventually. It's just kind of a moment right now."

Pamela has since moved on from their highly publicized marriage. She married rockstar Kid Rock from 2006 to 2007 and went on to marry poker player Rick Salomon in 2007.

Their marriage was dissolved in 2008, but Pamela did not relent on her decision always to give Cupid a chance. Pamela and Tommy rekindled their romance and married again in 2014, but it seemed like a bad idea as they divorced again the same year.

In 2020, Pamela was frequently mentioned in the media regarding her brief marriage to Jon Peters, which reportedly lasted only 12 days. However, she later clarified on "The Hollywood Reporter's Awards Chatter" podcast that they never actually formalized their union.

By January 2021, she announced her marriage to her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst. Her publicist then confirmed a year later, in 2022, that they had split up.

As for Tommy, he tied the knot with comedian Brittany Furlan in 2019 after they met on the celebrity dating app Raya. They have remained married ever since.

Tommy and Pamela's relationship was not without its ups and downs. In 2023, The Blast shared that the actress opened up about some of their struggles in her 2023 memoir "Love, Pamela."

She detailed an incident that almost led her to suicide after her then-husband threw a fit on the set of a steamy scene from "Baywatch." Pamela recalled having to kiss her co-star David Chokachi, who was also her love interest on the show.

She revealed that she had not informed the Mötley Crüe member about the situation beforehand. This oversight led to feelings of jealousy and upset on his part, which she attributed in part to his possessive nature.

Anderson shared that as soon as the kiss happened, all hell was let loose: "He trashed my trailer on the set and put his fist through a cabinet. I apologized for not telling him — lying, as he put it — and told him it wouldn't happen again." 

Tommy is a man of many ways, including his emotional conduct- so much so that his wife shared that he still deeply cares for his ex-wife, Heather Locklear.

As reported by The Blast, Tommy and Heather had a tumultuous relationship that lasted eight years between 1986 to 1993, a few years before he married Pamela. Furlan confessed that the musician still refers to Locklear as "the one that got away," as she added:

"She was the love of his life. I see it, because she's just a fun, sweet, caring, awesome person."

Furlan, who seems content with the fact she shared, noted, "Tommy even says he messed up in that relationship. He cheated on her. To this day, that's why they're still really good friends."

She corrected the notion that Pamela was his Magnum Opus and stressed that her husband was married to Heather for nearly a decade to prove her theory.

Furlan emphasizes her strong friendship with the actress, stating they are very close. She expresses her admiration for Heather, describing her as awesome and "just a cool chick all around."

The relationship between the "Melrose Place" star and her drummer partner came to an end for several reasons, with infidelity being a significant factor in their breakup.

Furlan admitted being so upset with Tommy for stepping out of the marriage. In her words, "I yell at my husband, I'm like, 'I can't believe you cheated on her. She's so cool.'"
