Tommy Lee's Wife Brittany Furlan Reveals Rocker's Other True Love

Motley Crew drummer Tommy Lee’s current wife Brittany Furlan is revealing that the rocker’s “one that got away” is neither herself nor Pam Anderson.

Furlan has come to terms with the fact that her husband may be the love of her life but she isn’t of his. Speaking out recently, Furlan admitted that Lee still holds a flame for her long-ago ex-wife Heather Locklear.

The two had a tumultuous relationship that last eight years between 1986 to 1993. Furlan to PEOPLE that her husband refers to Locklear as “the one that got away.” Furthermore, “She was the love of his life. I see it, because she's just a fun, sweet, caring, awesome person,” shares Furlan who seems secure with it.

“Tommy even says he messed up in that relationship. He cheated on her. To this day, that's why they're still really good friends.”

The comedian who has been married to Lee for the last four years launched into another conversation about Anderson, Lee’s more known and glamourized relationships from his past. “Everyone always glorifies his relationship with Pam, but he was married to Heather for eight years.”

If Locklear is number and Anderson is next, Furlan is the third love of the rocker’s life? It’s a weird thing to settle for. Regardless, Furlan insists that she and the actress are good friends. “Heather and I are very close. She's awesome, I love her. I think she's the most kind, down-to-earth person.”

“We met through Tommy, obviously, and became close. She's just very cool, very nice, just supportive, and just a cool chick all around.” The relationship between the Melrose Place star and the drummer ended for a whole lot of reasons but one of the main ones was Lee’s infidelity.

Furlan was so upset with him for that, she let him have it. “I yell at my husband, I'm like, ‘I can't believe you cheated on her. She's so cool.’”

She shares that she has given Lee a bit of a pass for the whole thing, jokingly of course. “That was a different time. He was 25 years old, 26 years old. Not to make excuses, but he's a very different man now from all those years ago. You live and you learn.”

Furlan now turns her interesting life into jokes at local L.A. comedy shows. “I literally just joke about everything in my life. Some people will attack me for it and make fun of me, but I use comedy to cope with whatever I'm dealing with.”

That method often turns out the best jokes! “It just fulfills me in so many ways and it's so nice to just get to do it. I'm just loving it and I'm just enjoying my life with it so much. There's no better feeling to me than making people laugh.”

as for the one that got, Furlan is the one who has him now so that basically trumps the past! The couple has proven to be good for one another as the rocker is smiling from ear to ear every time she posts him.
