Tia Mowry Is Focused On Mending Heartbreak

The "Twitches" star recently opened up about the serious nature of her romance with Hardrict. Their marriage was Mowry's 'first chapter,' and she intended it to be her last.

In last week's episode, the former teen idol shared an unfiltered secret with viewers; she had lost her virginity to Hardrict. The duo had also waited to be intimate with one another; in an interview with Essence from 2013, the 46-year-old shared, "We were friends for a whole year before we decided to start dating. And even once we started dating, we waited," as The Blast previously reported.

The "Family Reunion" star also revealed she had not been allowed to start dating until she was 18 years old.

"[Waiting to be intimate] works for some people and it doesn’t work for some people and it’s OK. That’s what I mean by baggage,” she continued.

“Know and learn and understand what baggage can you handle and what can you not handle," Mowry explained, in an interview with Us Weekly.

The Former 'Twitches' Are Still Tight

Mowry's 'next act' is leaving no room for the media to misconstrue her comments!

This little thing called "life" happens to us all, and it's interfered with the sisters' ability to hang out with each other as much as Mowry would like, as she addressed in her clarification comments.

"You could hear it from me, and this is basically what I was insinuating: I feel like as we grow up, we all start our own families and their children need to lean on them. We begin to take on new roles and responsibilities within our lives..." she began, adding, "In these transitions in life, sometimes you just want a hug and you just want someone to be as accessible as they used to be, and that's not the case. It's called life," the actress explained in a previous interview.
