Mowry shared a video montage that shows different scenes from her recovery and healing and how she's bounced back from the tough emotions after divorce.

"Recovering from a divorce feels like a whirlwind journey. I found that through the process, divorce isn't a place where we arrive, it's entering a new chapter of life with many nuances, and no one-size-fits-all handbook," she said in the video.

"One moment you're relieved, feeling like you've conquered something significant. Then suddenly, waves of emotions hit you all over again. It's a side of divorce that isn't often discussed, especially when there are kids involved."

Another shared, "Yes!!!!!! I was married 20 years before I finally found it within me to leave. It’s so hard but so necessary. Us women get the short end of the stick too often. We sacrifice everything for so little for ourselves in return. We are nurturers and givers. Many times people take too much. Sometimes you just want to have your level of effort reciprocated and appreciated. Love following you."

One other person added, "Wow needed this!!! It’s so frowned upon which makes it hard to talk about. Thank you for sharing your journey."

Tia Mowry Often Shares Empowering Content

The mom of two often shares relatable content on social media for others who have been through divorce and are healing. While she's empowering herself to heal, she's also helping others to do the same.

Last month, Mowry shared a video captioned, "I LOVE WHEN I REMEMBER WHO I AM."

Her caption went on to remind everyone to be "extra," "feminine and fierce."

"Be a slay. Be soft. Whoever you be, be ALL OF YOU," she wrote. "Love HER. Embrace HER. Validate HER. Because she is WORTHY and ONE OF ONE."

The video is set to Eve's song, "Who's that Girl?" and shows Mowry embracing, validating and loving "HER."

In another recently shared video, Mowry talks about being more "in tune" with herself lately.
