Jessica Simpson, who dropped a staggering 100 pounds in just six months after welcoming baby Birdie Mae two years ago, has opened up on her weight loss and the scale. The 40-year-old actress, singer, and clothing designer this week featured on "The Today Show," with talk centering around the blonde's current weight and whether or not she even knows the figure on the scale. Simpson, who followed a strict, calorie-controlled diet to lose the weight in 2019, revealed whether she looks at the number. See the details below.

The "Dukes of Hazzard" star even compared her scale to a "Ouija board in church," then revealing she'd made the decision to throw out her scale.

"I have no idea how much I weigh, I just want to be able to feel good and zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size," Jessica stated.

Jessica, last year sparking anorexia comments as she slipped into a 14-year-old pair of True Religion jeans and had fans deeming her too skinny, added:

"I've really tried my hardest to not let that define me."

Jessica, who works out before the "kiddos" get up and regularly uses sporty shots to promote her best-selling Jessica Simpson Style brand, walked up to 10,000 steps per day to shift the weight, last year admitting she tipped the scales in the "high two hundreds" as she approached 300 pounds. The mom of three, who has been slipping back into the Daisy Dukes that made her famous, last year opened up to Hollywood Life, saying she treats herself to mac and cheese, also revealing she wasn't happy with her high weight.

"I was just uncomfortable, but I worked hard and I am a determined person, so if I set my mind to it, I do it. I couldn’t handle being so big and my ankles were swollen. So I’m just happy to feel comfortable again."

Jessica's Instagram has been showing her workouts, but it likewise includes a healthy appetite, not limited to the home-cooked chili the star makes for kids Maxwell, Ace, and Birdie. Jessica has even updated while baking with 8-year-old daughter Maxwell, also showing off her massive Halloween candy stash last year. Jessica's weight loss remains a massive talking point, with the blonde having documented her body-shaming in her "Open Book" memoir, saying her heart was breaking because "people say I'm fat."
