Johnson has now dismissed the suit filed against the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's restaurant with prejudice.

In the lawsuit, the mother and daughter claimed they visited the Old Lady Gang restaurant in Atlanta, owned by Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, on Valentine's Day, 2020.

The duo was accompanied by three other relatives, and Johnson claimed her daughter Kiya was in the waiting area near the front of the restaurant, not far from the door.

The mother continued that one of their relatives heard a loud altercation in the parking lot outside the entrance before they eventually entered. In her words:

"While waiting to be seated at Old Lady Gang, a man entered and was near the front of the restaurant. Shortly afterward, a second man, who was wearing a red tracksuit, entered Old Lady Gang. Upon information and belief, the men who entered Old Lady Gang were the same men who were arguing in the parking lot prior to the shooting."

Johnson stated that the man in a red tracksuit began shooting, and a bullet hit her daughter Kyla on the right calf, which then required medical treatment since it resulted in "multiple surgeries, therapy, and counseling."

Per In Touch, Tammy clarified that she was unaware of the crimes that occurred in the shopping center, including a robbery at or inside of Old Lady Gang in 2019. Tammy demanded unspecified damages, writing:

"As a direct and proximate result of the failure of Defendants Old Lady Gang II, LLC and/or Old Lady Gang Concessions, LLC, and/or Old Lady Gang's Southern Cuisine LLLP to exercise ordinary care in keeping the Old Lady Gang restaurant premises and approaches safe, Kiya Humphries suffered a gunshot wound and severe bodily injury."

Burruss did not keep quiet when the incident occurred. In 2020, the celebrity released a statement to that effect, which read:

"My family and I are truly saddened by the unfortunate events that occurred at Old Lady Gang (OLG) Camp Creek on the evening of February 14th, an evening that was meant to celebrate love, unfortunately turned into something quite different."

She continued that as African-American business owners, it was important for them to invest in their local community by providing jobs, quality dining, and a positive experience in Atlanta.

"We hope that you know and understand that the acts of violence that occurred yesterday evening do not, in any way, serve as a reflection of OLG or its values," the influencer concluded in the statement.

The popular food and lifestyle influencer visited the restaurant on his food tour with his family last year, and he explained to viewers on his TikTok that someone who works at the spot reached out to him to come over for a review.

However, The Blast shared that Lee initially decided not to go inside himself to avoid special treatment, but when his family was told they could not get takeout and must sit for an hour to get food, he had to go in to address the situation.

"As always, I don't want any special treatment. I wanna be treated like everybody else," he said. "I pay for my food like everybody else. I'm a normal person. I'm a normal customer. Things like this is exactly why I do reviews the way I do." said the social media sensation.

He was then assured that his table would be ready in five minutes, which did not impress the reviewer, who revealed to the staff that his family had actually attempted to eat there less than two minutes ago but were told to wait.

"I then told her I changed my mind, was gonna go eat somewhere else," he said."And I said, 'God bless you' and I walked out," concluded Lee.

The video soon caught the RHOA alum's attention and she explained that while she appreciated Lee's presence at her spot, she felt bad that the staff could not serve him and his family.

Burruss continued that her restaurant does not take to-go orders on the weekends because they get a lot of customers within and outside the city.

The CEO stated that it was not a smart idea to overwhelm the kitchen by having to "you know, have such long times for the people who are actually at the restaurant, plus having to do to-go orders."

The reality star and Tucker's success in business and marriage is powered by teamwork and their incredible support for each other.

Burruss explained that they share similar wants, needs, and careers, and sometimes, even when she runs out of ideas, he encourages her to pursue them further.

The Blast reported that the RHOA alum noted that while several women often shelve their ambitions and desire to play a supporting role in their husbands' lives, her own situation is different.

"I think that's what makes it work because sometimes I feel like, especially when you are a woman who has dreams and goals, you don't always meet a man who is going to support your dreams and goals and keep pushing you," she added.
