Let's Make A Mortadella Pizza With Jersey's Own Julia Molinari!

Julia Molinari knows how to get people excited about a delicious pizza. The social media influencer shares cooking demonstration videos on TikTok often, and her more than 2.3 million followers are there for it!

Molinari recently posted a video sharing how she makes a mortadella pizza and it grabbed the attention of more than 2 million viewers!

In a recently shared video on TikTok, Molinari impresses with her pizza-making skills once again.

"Let's make a pizza," she said enthusiastically, as she always does at the beginning of her videos.

After making the dough and tossing it until it's perfect, she simply says, "Mortadella pizza." She then demonstrates making her masterpiece.

"A little mozzarella. It's going in the oven, but it's not done yet," she says as she slides it into the pizza oven. "We need the rest of our ingredients."

Molinari then gets all her other ingredients ready to go, including pistachios and thin-sliced mortadella.

After assembling the mouth-watering pizza and cooking it until golden brown, it was time to pull it out of the pizza oven, slice it up, and give it a try. You could hear the actual crunch of the pizza as Molinari took a big bite.

"It's so unlike any other pizza I've ever had," she said just before her father entered the frame to grab a slice of pizza.

Molinari grabbed more than 2 million viewers' attention and the comment section went wild with more than 2,000 comments.

"One day Jumo’s gonna pop up on a New York Times or some other news source article labeled as the girl who invented new styles of pizza," one viewer wrote. Another added, "When I hear that crunch, yep I know."

If the thought of a mortadella pizza isn't exciting you, what about trying a lemon potato pizza? About a week ago, Molinari made one and shared the demonstration video on TikTok.

After slicing up a lemon into super thin slices, Molinari then sliced up a potato and made her pizza dough.

Parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, ricotta, potato slices, lemon slices, and spices helped Molinari create a delicious-looking pizza.

While lemon and potato slices aren't your typical pizza toppings, many of her viewers were intrigued.

"Never tried but looks great," one person wrote in the comments. Another said, "Lemon and potatoes are like the last things I would expect to be on a pizza."

While Molinari is known for her pizza and other Italian cooking demos on TikTok, her Instagram page has a slightly different vibe. The Jersey girl has a clear love for the beach and taking summery photos and sharing them on social media.

In one recent post, Molinari shared a photo she took while visiting Monmouth Park Racetrack.

"My only regret is not getting a bigger hat," she captioned the photos of her wearing a sundress and oversized hat to match.

"You should have went to the Derby this year," one fan wrote in the comment section. Another said, "Hat Looks Perfect."

On July 2, Molinari shared a carousel of photos while celebrating her 20th birthday.

In the photos, she's wearing a blue and white dress while standing in front of a body of water with an amazing sunset in the background.
