Social Media Is Surprised After Floyd Mayweather Gifts His Grandchild An Iced Out Rolex

At the start of the new year, Yaya Mayweather revealed that she recently gave birth to her son. The father of the child is NBA Youngboy, who she had a very rocky relationship all throughout 2020. 

The two don't seem to be together anymore as Youngboy was recently seen with a woman named Jazlyn Mychelle. They were on a ski trip together as Youngboy was pulling her and flashed a big smile on his face for her Instagram stories. 

Yaya recently took to her Instagram stories to reveal that Floyd would be sending her son a Rolex. Many wondered why this would be the case for a newborn but Floyd has so much money so it isn't really an issue for him. Now, Yaya has taken to her Instagram stories to show off the Rolex that has been delivered to the child. It is all gold as diamonds are all over the bezel. Yaya took a photo of her son wearing the huge watch with the caption "KJ's papa got him his first Rolex." 

Social media ended up being shocked by this move as again, they believe a newborn is too young to have an expensive and huge piece of jewelry such as this. Again though, Mayweather buying a Rolex is nothing to him despite it being looked at as a bad investment.

Recently, Yaya also added that she is thinking about moving into Floyd's home with her son. She took to her Instagram stories then as well. It's unknown if this move finally happened but it could be a real possibility at this point after the latest Rolex gift. Yaya has also posted multiple photos of Floyd with the child as he is seen showing plenty of love. The boxing legend has been vocal in supporting his daughter is having a child as he explained that she is old enough to make this kind of decision.

Yaya is living her best life for sure but she still has to resolve a legal issue she's been battling since last spring. This is after stabbing one of Youngboy's other baby mamas, Lapattra Jacobs. This occurred in his Houston home as Yaya asked Jacobs to leave. This process became difficult to be settled so, Yaya ended up stabbing her. She was soon charged with suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Yaya faces 99 years in prison but this may not happen at all due to her clean record.

This weekend, Floyd was also supposed to go one on one with YouTuber/boxer, Logan Paul. It was set to be an exhibition boxing match, which would've been the second of Floyd's career. At the end of January though, it was announced that this fight was postponed. A source close to TMZ Sportsexplained that this was due to "COVID and other things." The fight was scheduled to be aired on Fanmio as a Pay-Per-View event. The announcement for the fight was originally made in early December.
