Appleton filed a declaration for uncontested dissolution at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. In the documents, he revealed the former couple had entered into a written agreement regarding the end of their marriage and other issues.

Their differences included property division, spousal support, and attorney fees, which their agreement satisfactorily addressed per Appleton's filing. He implored the Court to approve their settlement and restore the duo's single status.

According to their agreement, Appleton and Gage opted out of spousal support, but the hair stylist still petitioned the Court to terminate their waived rights permanently.

The documents also revealed the pair didn't have a typical prenuptial agreement but a postnuptial settlement.

Appleton and Gage's stipulated judgment explained that the pair entered a postnuptial agreement on May 4, 2023, weeks after their wedding on April 22. This agreement established the rules of their pre-and post-divorce lives, including:

"That no community property would be created between the couple alongside a waiver of support in the event of the dissolution of their marriage."

Appleton and Gage agreed that the postnuptial agreement was valid and binding, free from coercion or manipulation, as they entered it with their counsel's help.

The same applied to their divorce settlement, which they entered willingly without “constraint or influence of any kind or nature."

Given they had no community property, the pair acknowledged themselves as the sole owners of their separate property, assets, and liabilities.

"Neither party shall have any right, title, or interest in the separate property of the other. Each party indemnifies the other with respect to all assets, debts, and obligations awarded to a party in the Judgment on Reserved Issues," the documents explained.

Although the full details weren't shared, Appleton and Gage's settlement stressed that all issues regarding discovery rights and reimbursement claims had been resolved. The same applied to the payment of their attorney fees and the cost of their divorce proceedings.

Last November, The Blast reported that Kardashian's hairstylist had pulled the plug on his marriage to Gage after just seven months together. In his divorce filing, the media personality cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Appleton revealed the pair had separated on October 11, 2023, a month before he officially moved to dissolve their union. He also mentioned their ironclad postnuptial agreement, stressing that it stipulated the terms of their divorce.

Gage and Appleton first sparked romance rumors in February 2023 after posting about a joint trip to Mexico and getting flirty with one another in the comments. They went public with their relationship at Vanity Fair's "A Night For Young Hollywood" event.

However, Appleton refused to share details about the duo's relationship when asked about their flirty Instagram posts. "If they want to think that, they can. I'm a pretty open book about most things in my life," he said, adding:

"But I have a problem with the culture of everyone needing to know everybody's business, and nothing can be sacred. It's a weird line that I'm still trying to figure out."

The Blast reported that Gage had addressed his separation from Appleton and the possibility of signing an NDA during a March appearance on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen."

When the host expressed his surprise at Gage's rushed marriage to Appleton after only dating for two months, the "Euphoria" actor claimed he wasn't rational. In his words:

"Manic, absolutely unhinged. I had a manic episode for six months. Those jackets, those furry jackets… What happened to me? I don't know literally what went through my head, but we live, and we learn."

Gage didn't share why the duo's marriage crashed but seemingly hinted at signing an NDA. "Oh, god. Andy, there's the three-letter thing I signed,” he confessed, cuing Cohen to ask, "You signed an NDA? With him?"
