Viral TikToker Grandma Droniak 'Slayed Too Hard' But Says She's 'Indestructible'

Viral TikToker Grandma Droniak is known for slaying every day. But recently, she "slayed too hard" and ended up being rushed to the hospital.

Still in recovery, the fun-loving TikTok grandma wants her followers to know that she's "indestructible" and that she hasn't "expired" yet.

About a month ago, Grandma Droniak filmed a video from a hospital bed, worrying her loyal fans.

"I slayed too hard. You can't get rid of me yet. I'm indestructible," she said in her usual sassy way.

In a follow-up video, Grandma Droniak shared her "story time" so everyone could find out what happened to her and not worry too much.

"I was dancing alone, and I just fell, and my leg broke," she said. "I had to get emergency surgery, and I thought I was gonna expire. I said please, dear God, if you want me to go, I'm ready to go. But don't worry, I am okay."

She concluded her video by saying, "I'm laying, but I'm still slaying."

Droniak, who has nearly 14 million TikTok followers, shared a simple video of her lying in a hospital bed with the caption, "I'm starting to miss my bed at home. All of your comments are helping me get through this. Love you all."

More than 94,000 comments quickly flooded the comment section.

"I’m actually crying so hard right now. Please don’t leave yet. Your videos made my depression go away during my teenage years. I saw your video on my FYP and that’s when I laughed for the first time in months," one person shared.

Another viewer chimed in with, "Stay strong and SLAY."

Droniak has many loyal followers who love her stories, outfit-of-the-day videos, and dating tips. Many were worried when they saw she broke her leg, but Droniak wanted everyone to know she's going to be fine.

"It's not my time to expire yet. I'm only 94 years old and I got a lot of time," she said in another TikTok video. "I'm not gonna decay yet, and I'm gonna still slay. You're not getting rid of me yet."

Lots of love and support filled the comment section.

"You keep slaying grandma we all love you," one follower wrote. Another added, "You know grandma. I never had a grandma of my own, but you filled in these missing shoes a lot. You never failed to make me not feel a grandma's real love."

In another recently shared TikTok video, Droniak had some fun while in the hospital and rated her doctors. She went through all her doctors and shared her thoughts on them.

"This one was really cute, but he had bad breath," she said. "Six out of 10."

The next doctor was "very handsome" and always made sure that she was doing okay.

"I tried to give him my phone number but he didn't take it," she said. "I guess it's against the rules. Nine out of 10."

She then rated her surgeon a 10 out of 10 and said he did a "wonderful job" and she could "kiss those lips."

Her unfortunate situation didn't affect her sense of humor, and her fans were there for all the fun.

Viewers of her video loved that she seemed to feel more herself after surgery. And even though she's still in the hospital, she's not letting it get her down.

"Nothing can stop granny from slaying," one person wrote in the comments. Another said, "Ready to slay another day."

Droniak let her fans and followers know that while she's still not home recovering in her own bed, she recently was moved to her very own room.

"I'm still slaying. I got my own room now," she said. "My old roommate and I didn't get along. She's jealous because I'm a celebrity."

She said that overall, she's feeling "slay" and then showed everyone her outfit of the day and how she rolls in her wheelchair.

In a follow-up video, Droniak shared, "Last year I fell in love. This year I fell and broke my leg. I don't know if I'll ever go home now."

"Grandma, we’re here for you! We’ll be your home!" one fan wrote. Another added, "You got this Grandma No broken leg is gonna keep you from slaying!"

And many others had similar thoughts to share.
