Kelly Ripa's fans might be wondering how she has buckets of energy at 52, and that includes getting up before dawn to host Live! five days a week. The talk show host, 52, is known for her petite frame and seemingly endless energy, but it looks like she's getting a helping hand.

In 2019, Kelly opened up to The Cut to talk diet, lifestyle, exercise and what was then a bit of a long-distance relationship with husband Mark Consuelos as he was in Canada shooting, and fans got the full deets on her coffee game. Proving that she loves a caffeine kick, Kelly revealed that she kicks the day off with a "Bullet coffee," but she isn't done there. The blonde includes at least two more coffees in her day, including a Starbucks on-set.

Kelly Ripa Is A Big Caffeine Fan

"I make a “Bullet Coffee” at home in the morning — it’s coffee, two shots of espresso and a tablespoon of ghee and then a packet of collagen powder. Ryan’s girlfriend got me hooked on it and I just sort of believe that if I drink it every day, my hair will be as thick as hers." Kelly then gets busy blending for a "thick beverage" that's "frosty." The mom of three then let slip that her set coffee is a latte from Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks.

Another Coffee After The Show!

"Then I will have a half a coffee after the show wraps. I have a great energy level. I don’t nap, and I fear that if I did nap it would probably make me stay awake all night," Ripa continued.

Kelly also revealed getting up at 5.30 a.m. or perhaps 6 a.m., but no later. As soon as wakes up, she starts thinking over chat segments for the show she's hosted since 2001.

"I do my moisturizing routine, and I like to apply my own foundation so I put it on and I do my eyelashes and my eyebrows. I leave around 7 a.m. for work," the former Ally My Children star also stated.

Workout Routine Behind 'Peter Pan Body'

Kelly is one of the fittest stars around, and nobody seems able to believe that she's 52. She works out regularly with trainer Anna Kaiser, where sessions are heavy on dancing, but also include slow, weight-based exercises that keep Kelly's muscles super toned.

"I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous," Kelly revealed.
