Priyanka had her hair tied up for the photo and appeared to be wearing no makeup. Beside the picture, the former Miss World winner penned, "It's giving... finally going back to work energy ?," maintaining a serious expression.

During an interview with People in 2023, Priyanka openly discussed the daunting challenges of parenthood. When questioned about how frequently she grapples with feelings of being overwhelmed as a mother, she candidly admitted, "I think every day."

Reflecting on the constant worry and self-doubt that accompany parenting, she elaborated, "I think when you put them to bed, it's extremely overwhelming because every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make. But you have to check yourself, and I check myself with my family."

Being A Mom Is The 'Greatest Thing I've Done'

"I look at [my daughter's] smile, and I'm like, 'Okay, okay. I'm doing good so far,'" she added. "It's the greatest thing I've ever done, but it's extremely scary."

Priyanka and Nick, 31, welcomed Malti via surrogate on January 15, 2022. Spending her initial 100 days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) after arriving a full trimester early, she made it home just in time for the actress' first Mother's Day in May 2022.
