Elizabeth Hurley Removes Towel In Steamy Sauna For A Little 'Heat'

Elizabeth Hurley was upping her wellness game as she enjoyed a steamy sauna session while cheekily removing her towel last fall.

In an Instagram share posted in November 2023, the British beauty flaunted her jaw-dropping figure while soaking up the sauna atmosphere, and she even matched her caption to the setting. Enjoying a luxurious stay at the Chiva-Som Spa in Thailand, Liz ditched the U.K. cold for some warm Southeast Asian weather, and her 2 million+ fans seemed more than grateful for the update.

Wearing nothing beneath it as she flashed a big smile and flaunted her toned legs, the ex to Hugh Grant threw back her wet-haired head for a real spa vibe, then padding deeper into the sauna as she revealed she'd be enjoying the session in the nude.

Thrilling her fans as she flashed some cheek, Liz bared her buns for a moment before disappearing into the steam, showing off her slender back and peachy rear as she ventured off into the land of zen. "A little s-s-steam heat," she wrote in a caption, also using a hashtag to give a nod to the Chiva-Som location. Fans have left the Netflix star over 150,000 likes.

Liz is so into her wellness, she ramped up the spa vibes all over again at the VIVAMAYR resort in Austria last month, this time hitting up the fancy establishment also adored by actress Rebel Wilson.

Posting from the European spa in February, Liz slipped her curves into her signature bikini as she smiled from a wooden sauna, choosing a hot pink shade for her swimwear and making fans sweat with her eye-popping assets. "Good morning @vivamayrmariawoerth ? May the exercise, detox and healthy eating commence," she wrote.

Using the above photo to catch the eye in January, Liz told her Instagram fans "here goes" as she revealed what lands on her plate.

"My mantra is: don’t eat too much, too fast, too often or too late. Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking and eat dinner earlier. This works for me. I don’t drink weird green juices or shakes and only take supplements if a blood test tells me I’m lacking something," she wrote.

"I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat - and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas," Hurley continued.
