Snoop Dogg's Brother Died Weeks After His Legal Drama With Walmart

Weeks before losing his brother, the “What's My Name?” rapper made headlines for his legal battle with Walmart. He sued the famous retail chain for allegedly sabotaging the sale of his “Snoop Cereal” brand, claims the other party vehemently refuted.

Last week, a rep for Walmart denied the allegations in a statement, claiming: “Walmart values our relationships with our suppliers, and we have a strong history of supporting entrepreneurs. Many factors affect the sales of any given product, including consumer demand, seasonality, and price, to name a few.”

Crump claimed Walmart allegedly prevented “Snoop Cereal” from being placed on store shelves, while Post Foods used “deceptive practices” to sabotage his client's cereal brand. The lawsuit is a joint effort between Snoop and Master P, the co-founders of Broadus Foods.
