According to a report, the duo has been exchanging letters to show support for each other. Sarah even recently paid tribute to the King at a charity fundraiser.

Charles first revealed his diagnosis in January, shortly after Buckingham Palace announced that he was receiving treatment for an "enlarged prostate." Both Charles and Sarah are choosing to remain positive amid their diagnosis and treatment and in good spirits.

Sarah was recently diagnosed with skin cancer after previously winning her battle against breast cancer. Earlier this week, Sarah was a guest of honor at a cancer charity fundraiser, where she gave a speech and paid tribute to the King. During her speech at the Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope event in Florida, the Duchess of York urged Charles to "keep fighting on" as he begins treatment.

She said, "I want to thank you all for your kindness in supporting my family members who are going through a hard time, and we wish everyone well, every family in the world, that has been diagnosed or who is going through a difficult time, we wish them well. And of course, my brother-in-law, we wish you well, keep fighting on."

During the speech, Sarah also spoke about how the cancer alliance brings hope to the world, which we don't have enough of. She added, "For anyone who's suffering from low hope, for anyone who believes they can't do this, they can, it's absolute nonsense."
